Pros:

Location is the best thing about this hotel. Near the lake, train station, restaurants, and main bus tours kiosk/station. Hotel was clean and the a/c was working.

Cons:

No milk provided for the tea and facilities in the room, rooms are on the smaller side.

La posizione è davvero ottima, vicino alla stazione. Staff gentile e attento.

Great hotel close to the station with fresh decor and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location for the station, nice rooms and bathroom and friendly staff.

Cons:

Some noise from neighbouring rooms, but that can’t be helped, and difficulty finding the right plug adaptor for the sockets!

Great location, great staff
Pros:

The staff were the best thing about this hotel. They were so friendly, helpful and really made us feel welcome.
The room, although small, was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The room was very small, and could do with a refresh, but it was fine just for sleeping.

Excelente ubicación a pasos de Gare Cornavin en la cual puedes comprar en un horario mas extendido alimentos, proximidad al Lago y restaurantes. Personal muy amable y en su mayoría hablan español

Gute Lage / Suboptimale Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Leute, die viel rumkommen wollen ideal, da HBF direkt in der Nähe. Eine Menge gute Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Fenster isolieren Lärm sehr gut, empfehle dennoch oberen Stockwerke zu buchen. Bett empfand ich als sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Die ganzen Teppiche in Flur & Treppenhäuser abgetreten. Sauberkeit im Zimmer wirklich suboptimal. Duschköpfe verkalkt und verschimmelt. Decke und Fugen im Bad auch mit Schimmelflecken. Tiefe Dellen im Boden und Stockflecken hier und da. Einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen im Zimmer. Man kann sich arrangieren, aber echter Wohlfühlfaktor nicht gegeben.
