Très agréable et confortable!
Pros:

The rooftop bar and pool were memorable
Pros:

We received a complimentary upgrade to a better room with a balcony and a fantastic view of Plaza de España. It was great that the room became quiet and very pleasant for sleeping once closed. The reception staff were very polite. The rooftop bar and pool were memorable. We will definitely be back!

A special thank you to Miriam, who was absolutely amazing throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, warm attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her excellent service truly deserves recognition.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The hospitality, service, attention to detail, and overall experience were outstanding. Loved this place so much! Great hotel room, so comfortable. View also was fantastic

Cons:

The rooftop was a lot smaller and more narrow than appears, awkward set up with the pool and the bar staff was not as kind as reception.

Escala en Madrid
Pros:
