Śniadanie serwowane na 14 piętrze. Widoki z tego miejsca na Madryt obłędne. Tak smakuje najlepiej. Można spożywać Sniadanie wewnątrz lub na tarasie zewnętrznym. Pani kelnerka, która nas obsługiwała, była bardzo profesjonalna. Kawa z ekspressu bardzo dobra. Dostępna herbata, Sok pomarańczowy. Szampan. 2 rodzaje bułek, 3 rodzaje chleba, crosanty, 5 rodzajów ciastek, jajka na twardo, 2 rodzaje szynki, 3 rodzaje sera, małe sałatki, różne owoce, jogurt, pancake, gotowe kanapki i kilka innych dań. Oprócz tego 6 rodzajów dań a'la karta na gorąco.
Na śniadaniu brakowało dań takich jak np; żytni chleb, hiszpańskie oliwki, ryba wędzona, mleko roślinne (owsianego, sojowego), wegetariańskich i wegańskich alternatyw,

The location is very good. The room was clean and spacious.
The rooftop and pool were disappointing
the location was amazing, it was near everything. The staff was so nice and the rooftop wow amazing. The rooms had a lot of space which was vert nice.
Our TV screen mirroring didn't work but the staff tried to fix it but it didn't work.

Non sono mai stata in un hotel perfetto come questo. Personale no Gentile, di più. Posizione centralissima, dispenser di acqua gratuita, pulizia impeccabile, gentilezza a non finire. Ci hanno persino dato una borsa di tela e delle ciabatte. Dato che noi abbiamo alloggiato una settimana ci hanno anche dato in dotazione bollitore e macchinetta del caffè. Che dire, pienamente soddisfatta.
È stato tutto perfetto. Se proprio dovessi essere pignola avrei messo un lampadario o comunque una luce "centrale" perché la stanza era leggermente buia. Sicuramente sarebbe anche comodo un bidet ma so di chiedere troppo
Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpfully. The terrace for breakfast service was lovely and the rooftop bar had spectacular views.
At the start there was no allergen menu, but yhe staff were very responsive and offered to help on many occasions.
The cleanliness of our room really let the score down. The shower was not cleaned properly and the complimentary glass bottle of water has black mould on it.
