El lugar en donde está la piscina es muy lindo pero es diminuta, creo que no entran más de 4 personas paradas.
The breakfast is very nice. The view is great - seeing the plaza directly. Location is directly at the central with lots of restaurants nearby.
It would be nice if they have like gym and maybe the pool hour is longer, didnt have the chance to use the pool, it closes at 5pm, but i would say its minor
This is a great hotel to stay while visiting Madrid. Location of the hotel is very central and you can feel the city vibe. If you go by metro, the underground is just outside the hotel.
Room was very nice and clean.
The rooftop pool area was great, with spectacular city views. Pool was small but totally enough to relax and cool off.
Staff was very helpful and helped with all questions we had. Very easy communication!

Well located on Grand Via right next to the metro station and an easy walk to a range of tourist destinations. Rooftop pool was fantastic albeit a little small! Rooms are reasonably spacious, clean and comfortable.
No room service options available and the noise of the city and in the hallway does travel. No minibar options either.
