Pros:

Ubicación maravillosa, personal muy amable, zonas limpias, lugar muy tranquilo tanto en el apartamento como en zonas comunes. Muy amplio todo y mobiliario moderno, muy bien equipado en cuanto a la cocina, secador de pelo estupendo.

Cons:

Agua con poca presión en ducha y bañera, poco papel y toallas y no tenía sábana bajera, la sábana bajera que tenía el colchón se suele utilizar de cubre colchón o para que no se filtre la orina no era una sábana por lo cual no me pude tapar. Lo más imporatante es que hace falta aire acondicionado porque daba mucho el sol y hacía muchísimo calor y el aire o ventilación no enfriaba nada.

Vistas muy bonitas y buena piscina. Algunas cosas a mejorar pero recomendable
Pros:

Las vistas, la terraza que es muy grande y espaciosa. La piscina es muy bonita y tiene buenas vistas al atardecer. Está bien localizado por que no hay zona de ruido cerca pero tienes que dar la vuelta para poder entrar con el coche.
Espacios grandes dentro del alojamiento. Buen baño, armario y zona de estar. Había tele con Netflix, etc.

Cons:

No tenían nada para lavar los platos y tuvimos que comprar esponja y friegaplatos. Es verdad que cuenta con lavavajillas y te dan alguna pastilla pero hay cosas que no se pueden lavar en el lavavajillas. No había cafetera italiana y tuvimos que ir a comprar filtros para 5 días para cafetera de filtro. Tampoco había ni sal ni aceite ni ninguna especia. Tuvimos que cocinar sin aceite.
La cama un poco dura para mi gusto pero estaba bien. El sofá era un poco raro, te colabas por dentro.

Always coming back
Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Club Puerto Calma and keep coming back whenever we visit Gran Canaria.

This time we stayed on the second floor facing the marina.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the marina, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the pool area is a great place to relax.

Overall, we had another wonderful stay and would happily return again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Cons:

This time we stayed on the second floor facing the marina.
The view was lovely, although it was a little noisier than usual due to traffic from the nearby road. However, this did not affect our holiday, as we were out exploring most of the day and did not spend much time in the room.

Pros:

La zona muy tranquila y el apartamento limpio y muy bonito.

Cons:

Que pidan una fianza de 100 euros por si se producen desperfectos en la habitación y luego no lo revisen antes de devolver esa fianza!! No tiene ningún sentido...

Genericamente está muito bem!

Cons:

Há um problema, que seria bem fácil de resolver.
O horário da piscina é francamente insuficiente.
Abre muito tarde ( às 10:00 ) e fecha demasiado cedo ( às 19:00 ?? )

Para quem faz um dia " normal " de passeio pela ilha não consegue de todo ir a piscina.
É pena.

Pros:

Ubytování bylo hezké, sice menší manželská postel než jsme zvyklí, ale zvládli jsme to. Bohužel nebyly k dispozici prostředky k mytí nádobí. Ruch z ulice nebyl skoro slyšet, i když balkon byl hned nad hlavní silniční. Bohužel byl slyšet hluk od sousedů až do pozdních hodin, ale to nelze ovlivnit. Snídaně nic moc. Obchod s potravinami byl kousek, stejně tak restaurace a pláž.

Cons:

Bohužel byl problém občas najít parkovací místo, v areálu jich moc není.
