Pros:

The location was excellent, the rooftop bar was superb (except for the unrelenting grating music), staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was very good, appealing to most tastes, the king room was fabulous (watch the pesky step down to the bathroom and the serene vibe of the place.

Cons:

Perhaps teaspoons, a few more tea bags & face flannels could be provided. Was disappointed there was no pool as seen in photos online. Seniors beware - central stairwell could do with a handrail!

Pros:

Mehmet at the front desk was super helpful. This was easily one of the best hotels we've stayed at and would definitely return. Great location, beautiful rooms. We came for the hot air balloon and they really helped us do the trip (it was cancelled a few times). We managed to do it on our last day and had an early flight and they made sure we got to the airport on time.

Cons:

The room was advertised as two beds, a Double and a single. When we arrived there was only one bed. The hotel then played games to give us a refund even though they agreed to give us a refund. Booking.com ended up refunding us only because we had proof of the staff lying,

Great location - beautiful hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at Historical House Göreme. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of character, and the breakfast each morning was very good with plenty to enjoy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, even helping us arrange laundry during our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and the care they showed us throughout our visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Göreme.

Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Room was fabulous. Pool was amazing. Staff was unbelievable. Location was great. The only issue was that it seemed a little janky. The hot tub didn’t work well, the plugs were tough to use, you couldn’t heat up the pool bc it would crest too much humidity in the room, etc.

Les fleurs, les lumières, l’emplacement de l’hôtel . Et le propriétaire m’a offert une fleur . Merci beaucoup

Cons:

J’avais réservé pour la suite avec piscine mais j’ai passé juste une nuit , l’odeur de l’humidité a failli nous rendre malade . Ils m’ont changé de chambre qui ne valait pas non plus le montant payé pour la suite . , le petit déjeuner était juste médiocre .
