Pros:

The hospitality was amazing. Lovely clean rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures could have been improved. The flush button was malfunctioning and the door would make a squeaking sound. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

Prime location, comfortable stay, exceptional staff
Pros:

Hotel was very conveniently located, few mins walk from the main strip. Room was clean and the overall hotel and room vibe felt very homey and was beautifully decorated, in theme with the fairy chimney landscape. Breakfast spread was ample and delicious, with beautiful views. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff - service was exceptional and they were there to help with anything/answer any of our questions and give us honest recommendations to make the most of our stay!

Perfect trip
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!

The rooms are stunning, with a very unique vibe and our own private spa bath in the main section of the room. The hotel is situated a two minute walk away from the main strip which was perfect for restaurants, and there was a lovely rooftop to see the balloons in the morning.

The staff were excellent and very approachable, especially Elif, who went out of her way to make sure we were checked in early after our flight. She helped us organise day trips and the return taxi to the airport. She was so kind throughout our stay, an absolute star!

We got to have a peek at the room with the private pool which was absolutely stunning, definitely would be booking that one on our return!

Memorable!
Pros:

We like the location. It's in the heart of the Goreme city. When you get out of the hotel, there's a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, travel agency, atms. Location is great! Roof top has a very nice view too and the breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

The rooftop is not setup with carpets just like in the picture. But maybe because of the weather. it was rainy and wintery during that time.

Pros:

Todo, el desayuno riquísimo, variado y cada día cosas nuevas. La terraza muy bonita, se ven los globos mientras desayunas. La habitación increíble, súper bonita con la piscina jacuzzi dentro. La cama muy cómoda. El personal muy amable en todo momento.

Cons:

Nada. Por decir algo, la habitación que elegimos había una foto con un jacuzzi en el baño y no está, nos dijeron que era una foto antigua. Tiene el de la habitación.

Me quedé con el que tiene piscina, un lujo de habitación, todo impecable, me ayudaron a guardarme el equipaje todo el viaje mientras ya están en check out, mil veces volvería, mientras esperaba el check in subí a la terraza y me recibieron con te y un aperitivo, luego aunque le dije que no hacía falta más una chica me trajo café y postres, me sentí muy querido por el hotel. Ubicación perfecta en el centro, nada ruidoso.
