Wonderful Stay for 2 days.
Pros:

We really liked the location: the hotel was right in the center of Mérida, and everything was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, and we were provided with clean towels every day. The front desk staff was very helpful when we needed to book a taxi at the last minute because the one we had reserved was running late.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and there was mold on the ceilings, we shared one toilet for 5 people. We should've booked a second room but for 2 days it was manageable. However they did have a common toilet in the lobby that we could use.

Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es un servicio esencial en una ciudad tan calurosa. La limpieza muy buena. La habitación es grande.

Cons:

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento. Faltan toalleros para colgar la toalla de mano. El sistema de tener que depender de que una persona te acompañe para guardar o retirar el auto del estacionamiento es muy incómodo. Habiendo tantas formas de comunicarse con la gente del estacionamiento no entiendo porque alguien lo tiene que acompañar a uno.
La mayoría de las veces no hay nadie en la recepción y hay que esperar que aparezcan.

Solo la ubicación lo salva 😒😎

Cons:

No es lo que se ve en fotografías cuando vas a reservar, es viejo, huele a humedad, está demasiado descuidado, basura y cosas por desechar a la vista, paredes sin pintura, un reglamento muy absurdo que hay que firmar como si estuvieras en un hotel 5 estrellas 🌟
