Depois de uma noite absolutamente terrível noutro hotel — sem ar‑condicionado, sem água fria para tomar banho e sem qualquer cuidado com uma grávida — chegar aqui foi como respirar de novo. A diferença foi mesmo da noite para o dia.
A equipa é incrivelmente simpática, atenciosa e humana. Sentimo-nos acolhidos desde o primeiro minuto. O ar‑condicionado foi essencial durante a vaga de calor e, quando deu erro na primeira noite, resolveram tudo logo na manhã seguinte, sem complicações. Ter água fresca sempre disponível na receção fez toda a diferença.
A piscina foi o nosso pequeno paraíso: acesso simples, temperatura perfeita e espaço para todos. Muitas vezes até tivemos a piscina só para nós, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Sentimo-nos finalmente seguros, frescos e cuidados.
Foi uma estadia que nos devolveu o conforto, o descanso e a sensação de que alguém realmente se preocupa com o bem‑estar dos hóspedes.
A vila é um pouco barulhenta durante a noite — camiões, motas, aquela agitação típica. A banheira também é bastante alta, e como sou pequenina tive algum receio de cair ao entrar e sair. Mas sinceramente, são detalhes mínimos comparados com tudo o que correu bem. Verdadeiros “problemas de primeiro mundo”.

Tout était absolument parfait pour notre séjour. Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour son amabilité et sa réactivité. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, particulièrement copieux et varié, ainsi que pour l'espace piscine et Spa qui est un véritable havre de paix. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés !
