Pros:

交通便利，可搭849公車從碧潭到堰提站或巨龍山莊站下車。入住手續辦理快速，員工親切，有家的感覺。地理位置於南勢溪旁山景很棒。房間舒適，員工會簡單介紹房間，床墊軟硬適中，房內可泡湯，冷氣也備有除濕功能。早餐整體搭配也很好，不會太油膩。

位置離市區有點距離，早晚都比較安靜，開車方便。
大眾裸池有個溫度、按摩池、蒸氣室和烤箱，也有陽台可以看到寧靜的山景。房間裡也有溫泉水池。
走五分鐘有一家7-11。
服務人員很親切。合作的按摩師傅技術到位。

Cons:

早餐只有中式。
淋浴區的乾濕分離有點困難。
溫泉區照號碼認開放式的櫃子，結果浴巾被別的顧客拿走⋯⋯這個機制不太方便，難防人。

Pros:

Large size room with nice view from the balcony. Lovely helpful staff and great traditionnal spa amenities. Not in the center of wulai but it is because of the location of the hot springs, and just 15min walk away.

超棒！這裡服務人員待人都很親切，早餐有提供一份個人精緻套餐，份量剛好不錯吃，我最喜歡這裡SPA 設施完善及泡湯水質非常乾淨，我們全家泡過後都很滿意喜歡，下次還想再來。
