Petit déjeuner très basique et fade.et dégueulasse
Avoir déposer un acompte de 100k et pour le check in on vous annonce des tâches de sang sur un oreiller donc il faut payer le détachant 🫣🫣alors que le linge de lit es tâché de peinture blanche et les serviettes grise au lieu d être blanche tellement elles sont vieilles et on nous fait la réflexion que les petites taches de sang sur l oreille sont a payé .c'est bien la première fois que l'on arnaque de cette façon. C'est mon avis personnel mais je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.Vraiment déçu 😱😱😱. Déchets autour de la piscine.... Aucune lumière vers le lit ampoule griller. Aucun restaurant correct près de l hotel alors qu ils l indique.
I stayed here as it is convenient to travel to Sanglah Hospital by car. The room was large, clean, smelled nice, functional for light work and well-maintained overall, and quiet. The breakfast was good enough and the staff were pleasant and professional. This is a good place to stay if you need to be in the center of Denpasar, or close to Jl. Teuku Umar, or have loved ones at Sanglah Hospital. Saya senang tinggal disini, kamarnya bersih, harum dan sepih. Sarapan pagi juga enak.

Need to improve on Cleaning the Room and bathroom to be more sparkling. No Room service on Sunday. Air refreshener was pumping aerosol automatically but later the staff helped to remove it. Thanks Bli!

what breakfast?
Too much noise, including the clown who was hitting on his bowl at lunchtime to attract clients outside the hotel so he could sell his food. This cannot happen, very disturbing noise.
