Convenient
Pros:

Clean, quiet, change of towels every day (we didn’t need the room cleaned so they left fresh towels on the door along with bottled water which was nice). Relatively convenient location in Ginza.

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped with no room to open 2 suitcases without blocking the way to the door. Staff OK but not very friendly. Very basic service not making any effort to make guests feel welcome or cared for. They did order a taxi for us twice which arrived on time. They have coffee in the lobby but no water, we arrived on a hot day, water would have been nice. Overall was expecting more.

Que las máquinas de café podrían estar operativas siempre y que la crema corporal haya que buscarla en recepción en saches individuales que contaminan al final más que si estuviera en la habitación en un frasco. Sólo detalles.

Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend.

Zufriedenstellend in allen Bereichen - Das Personal ist wirklich der große Plus Faktor - immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar. War eine tolle Zeit in Tokio, dank der Lage, des Personals und dem Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel.

Least Japanese hotel of 2 week trip. Not premier, same as other Diaba hotel we stayed at in another town for much less.

Convenient stay option for Ginza
Pros:

We have stayed here twice before primarily because of being off the Ginza main drag. It is a smaller hotel with commensurate small rooms. The staff was really nice & accomodated as much as possible.
Room required some maneuvering around the bed, but bath was relatively spacious.
Breakfast buffet was well stocked & varied in its selection.

A suggestion: If coming in for a weekend, see if Chuo dori will have pedestrian-only times. Usually from 12N to 1700 hrs.

Cons:

No complaints. The Daiwa Roynet chain offers a good product for competitive prices. I wish the rooms were bigger for the same price. Lol!

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, który ma naprawdę przestronne pokoje i szerokie łóżka. Śniadania smaczne-do wyboru potrawy japońskie i europejskie. W lobby hotelu automaty z darmową kawą/herbatą, które działają od 14:00 do 22:00. Gdybym kiedyś wracała do Tokyo, to zatrzymałabym sie w tym samym hotelu.
