Pros:

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel, który ma naprawdę przestronne pokoje i szerokie łóżka. Śniadania smaczne-do wyboru potrawy japońskie i europejskie. W lobby hotelu automaty z darmową kawą/herbatą, które działają od 14:00 do 22:00. Gdybym kiedyś wracała do Tokyo, to zatrzymałabym sie w tym samym hotelu.

Convenient stay option for Ginza
Pros:

We have stayed here twice before primarily because of being off the Ginza main drag. It is a smaller hotel with commensurate small rooms. The staff was really nice & accomodated as much as possible.
Room required some maneuvering around the bed, but bath was relatively spacious.
Breakfast buffet was well stocked & varied in its selection.

A suggestion: If coming in for a weekend, see if Chuo dori will have pedestrian-only times. Usually from 12N to 1700 hrs.

Cons:

No complaints. The Daiwa Roynet chain offers a good product for competitive prices. I wish the rooms were bigger for the same price. Lol!

Beautiful hotel very well ubicated
Pros:

Walkable distance from Tokyo station. Excellent position, just a street from Ginza main road, with the entrance of one metro station just down the hotel and another important station (Ginza line) in 5 minutes. The hotel is very new, modern, clean and the room we booked was enough spacious for 2 big luggages and 2 small. Althought they don't clean every day (but they do if asked) the hotel is very clean and attentive to details. Very nice bathroom with bath tub. Not everyone at the reception had good english but it's possibile to communicate well. They have yamato transport for sending luggage to next location. Amenities and coffe/tea available at the reception. Very good breakfast, they give tickets so be careful not to lose them. Good quality and quantity of food with also some tasty italian dishes.

I have been very happy staying at your hotels. I will stay again when I'm in Japan next time.
Pros:

The room was excellent. I stayed last year and again I loved your rooms, the location in Ginza and the friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast menu was excellent as were the staff to help when needed. The front desk staff were also very helpful in assisting me with various requests. They also helped me with my Japanese which I'm currently learning. I've also stayed in your Fukuyama hotel recently which was just a good.

Cons:

I which you had a public bath/sento/onsen.

Pros:

Location is great. Close to metro lines and lots of shops in Ginza area.

Cons:

Staff is not very good in English and with communication. We had booked transport back to airport and night before they mentioned that highway would be close the next day, so more time would be needed.
Timely communication was missing here.
