Cons:

服務人員投遞紙條告知要安裝保險箱, 我們已將紙條回覆給櫃檯, 但訊息並未統整, 當晚又再次投遞紙條且未於需求當日執行, 隔日又有安裝需求, 但回到飯店後, 還是未安裝。不知飯店溝通上哪裡有問題, 資訊相當不統一。

Wonderful & relaxing stay

Perfect place to stay in Ginza
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was well designed. The best part of the stay was the staff at the Front Desk. They were very friendly and offered a true sense of hospitality.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many choices and variety and all was delicious
Pros:

The property was very clean, updated and well- maintained.

Cons:

Was not as close to Tokyo station as we would’ve liked. In Ginza neighborhood which is a very upscale area but if you’re not looking for luxury goods it doesn’t offer much.

Amazing.
Pros:

The location was amazing. 3-5 minute walk for any transit line. You have Family Mart, Lawson and 711 surrounding the hotel. Also, the room was super clean. Bathroom was very clean as well and the complimentary bath salts were delightful. Also, the best q tips my wife and I have ever used. The entire staff are very helpful, welcoming, kind and extremely attentive. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Tokyo for our next trip.

Convenience, quiet area, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was great, in a quiet area and very close to train stations (the Ginza line takes you straight to Shibuya), shopping close by, great food and coffee (or matcha options), 7/11 across the road. Hotel clean and comfortable and staff friendly.
