Cons:

The day before our departure, I asked the reception staff how to get to Narita Airport using the limousine bus. They told me that buses depart every 10 minutes from Tokyo Station, but when I arrived there, I was informed that they actually depart every hour. To avoid missing our flight, I had to take a taxi to the airport (€227). The hotel should have been better informed.

Everything is good except for the mis-leading Name of the room type.
Pros:

I booked superior double room which is supposed to be better than the double room. However, it was not. The Name of the room as "superior" is very confused and mis-leading. I hope it can be improved to avoid mis-leading.

Großartiges Hotel! Ruhige Lage. Toller Ausgangspunkt, um Tokio zu erkunden. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir waren zum wiederholten Male hier und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

A comfortable and convenient base for exploring Tokyo.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located in central Ginza, which made exploring Tokyo very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had no issues during our stay. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection without being overwhelming. The staff were particularly polite, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

We had to pay separately for our child breakfast. This was stated in the terms and conditions, so it was our oversight, but given the overall price of the stay, we had assumed breakfast was included for the whole family. Another minor inconvenience is that there is no legal place directly outside the hotel to stop a car, even briefly, to unload luggage. However, given the hotel's central Ginza location, this is understandable.
