Très beau séjour de 5 jours en famille
Pros:

Très bel établissement proche du centre de Siem Reap (7 minutes à pied). A 15 min des temples d’Angkor en voiture.
Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la restauration.
C’était plutôt agréable de pouvoir se prélasser autour de la piscine.
Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses avec une très grande salle de bain (douche et baignoire). Nos chambres étaient communicante, ce qui était pratique avec les enfants. Les balcons permettent de profiter de l’extérieur.
Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très agréable.
L’hôtel propose des excursions à prix très intéressants. Ils sont assez réactifs pour les réservations.
Nous avons pu profiter du spa à 4, 2 dans le spa et 2 dans la chambre.

Cons:

Août correspond à la basse saison, des travaux étaient donc en cours, et nous n’avons été prévenu qu’en arrivant. Cela nous a partiellement dérangé.
Sur les moments de visite, pas de problème mais à partir du moment où nous étions autour de la piscine, ça pouvait durer. Nous avons été tranquille le samedi mais ça a repris le dimanche. Dommage

Le premier jour, le ménage n’a pas été fait, nous avons fait les demandes les jours suivants.

J'avais réservé un lit double + un lit pour un enfant. Mais il n'avait pas que des chambres avec 2 lits simple, ou 1 lit double. La proposition de rajouter un petit lit ou un matelas dans la chambre n'était pas viable car elles sont trop petites

Nice hotel AND tour!!!
Pros:

We took a family tour of four temples (arranged by the hotel the night before—so thoughtful!) with Lucky—‘Lucky-English Tour Guide’. It was a truly memorable experience. We had to get up early, but it was definitely worth it. Upon arrival at Angkor Wat, it wasn't too crowded yet, and we got to see the sunrise behind one of the most beautiful temples in the world. We learned a lot about the temple's origins and the long-standing tensions between Thailand and Cambodia. Lucky was a very attentive guide; she patiently took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. Whenever we wanted a break, she would pick up the pace a bit and take us to spots for lunch and coffee. All in all—both the tour and the hotel come highly recommended!

Was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Everything. The staff were so incredibly kind. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The whole hotel felt serene compared to the noise outside. The location was perfect.

A Spectacular Stay and a Special Guide
Pros:

I flew across the world to experience the wonderful and splendor of Cambodia's history. I count myself tremendously fortunate to have stayed at the cozy/clean The Moon Residence and had Lucky as my Angkor Wat guide. The Moon exceeded my expectations and the staff were eager to ensure my enjoyable stay. From the balcony view to the spacious room, i was smiling every time I walked through my door. Lucky knew EVERYTHING and explained it in a cheerful manner which made the detailed trip special. My expectations were surpassed completely and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are ever thinking about exploring these wonderful sites, Lucky is the guide for you.

Pros:

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir auch unserem Hotel aussprechen. Wir können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Das gesamte Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, stets sauber und gepflegt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Sollten wir wieder in diese Region reisen, werden wir ohne zu zögern erneut dieses Hotel buchen.

Hotel centrale e con una meravigliosa piscina
Pros:

Questo piccolo hotel ha una splendida piscina, ideale per rinfrescarsi nei caldi pomeriggi. Le camere sono molto grandi, forse un po’ buie, ma accoglienti.
La posizione è ideale per Siem Reap: a pochi passi dal mercato notturno e da tutti i ristoranti.
Lo staff è sempre sorridente e gentile. Ci hanno aiutati a organizzare i tour per Angkor Wat (prezzi nella norma, 20$ per un tuktuk che ti porta in giro tutto il giorno).
