I would choose this hotel if I return to Siem Reap . It’s like paradise in the forest . Location is in the city center of Siem Reap.
Alles was in orde! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam, ontbijt en het menu van het eten was super lekker, faciliteiten waren perfect en de kamer was proper en comfortabel.
Ze hadden ons laten weten dat ze aan het werken waren op het dak van het hotel tussen 10am en 5pm. Eén van de ochtenden begonnen ze al om 7am. Dit was zeer vroeg! Gelukkig is dit maar tijdelijk!
Het personeel, met name Saly, Len, Tola, Pich en Lee. Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Het restaurant had een goed menu met, voor ons, zeer redelijke prijzen. De cocktails waren heerlijk en ze hadden zelfs happy hour. De spa was schoon en de massages goed.

Hotel is very welcoming and comfortable with a nice central pool . We arrived Siem Reap late night and the staff welcomed and help us to arrange the trip for next day . Everything was perfect.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Moon Residences Angkor during a short trip with my father, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the cleanliness standards were excellent throughout our stay. It truly felt like a relaxing and peaceful space after a long day of travel and sightseeing.
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of the receptionist and staff. They were always respectful, warm, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a big difference in our overall experience.
The team was consistently prompt in responding to any requests, whether it was assistance with guidance around the area or arranging transportation. Their taxi booking support was smooth and reliable, always on time, which made our short trip completely stress-free.
Although we did not get the chance to try the spa this time, it is definitely something we are looking forward to on our next visit.
Overall, it was a memorable stay filled with comfort, care, and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap, and I would gladly return again in the future with my family
