Top Hotel
Pros:

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir auch unserem Hotel aussprechen. Wir können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Das gesamte Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel selbst ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, stets sauber und gepflegt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Sollten wir wieder in diese Region reisen, werden wir ohne zu zögern erneut dieses Hotel buchen.

Great stay to explore Angkor Wat and Siem Reap
Pros:

Travelled with family. Room was perfect, ambiance and setup with pool and restaurant had a nice tropical feel. Food was good. Well located. We recommend this hotel.

Hotel centrale e con una meravigliosa piscina
Pros:

Questo piccolo hotel ha una splendida piscina, ideale per rinfrescarsi nei caldi pomeriggi. Le camere sono molto grandi, forse un po’ buie, ma accoglienti.
La posizione è ideale per Siem Reap: a pochi passi dal mercato notturno e da tutti i ristoranti.
Lo staff è sempre sorridente e gentile. Ci hanno aiutati a organizzare i tour per Angkor Wat (prezzi nella norma, 20$ per un tuktuk che ti porta in giro tutto il giorno).

最初、お湯が出なかった。スタッフ対応ですぐ改善はしたが。リニューアル工事で日中うるさかった

Overall, an okay place to stay if it was not for the renovation works. Avoid until it is completed.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and helped booked our airport transport and tuk-tuk tour. The morning breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The spa service was only great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations of the roof at that time, and we were only informed of it on arrival. The work was supposed to be carried out from 9am to 5pm but on our first night of stay the worked began started at 6.50am. It was extremely noisy and worked us up. Nothing mentioned on booking.com or their website.
