The location was perfect with walking tours pharmacy restaurants and downtown. The staff were super friendly .
The bed was hard and second night we asked them to change .
Beautiful and relaxing paradise . Green natural absolutely fresh and comfortable stay .
The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is well presented and the staff were very helpful and kind. We had some issues with construction starting extremely early each day of our stay, however the staff did their best to rectify this. Lee was very kind and helpful!
We enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend to everyone . Staff are warmest welcome and surprise as such as a nice word with beautiful flower on the bed . Thank you everyone :)
Hôtel en centre ville ( quelques minutes à pieds du Night Market) mais très paisible. Le personnel est très sympa, toujours à l’écoute, souriant. La piscine est un réel luxe quand on revient d’une journée dans les temples !
L’eau de la douche n’est pas tout le temps chaude ..
I loved the green and calm atmosphere with lots of trees and plants around the pool. Pool was big enough to swim some lanes twice a day, and never too crowded. Spacious and very clean room with everything I needed, plus balcony with wonderful green views. The welcome decoration on the bed, made from fresh flowers, was gorgeous. Good location close to shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring Angkor. Very quiet at night. Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr Lee. Food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable, good selection of wines.
A bit more variety for breakfast would be great. Maybe when I come to visit next time.
Staff were extremely friendly and smiley, we had a lovely welcome from them. There was a lovely ‘happy honeymoon’ spelled out on the bed with fresh flowers also! The pool was very relaxing and the room was spacious :) it is a short walk to the centre of town!
Unfortunately the shower didn’t produce hot water and the tv in the room did work (the staff tried to explain it was regarding a government rule which we didn’t understand). We were initially placed in a ground floor room even though we had booked a pool view with balcony, this was rectified the following day. There was a lot of noisy building work on the property which sometimes started at 6.30am, had we known this we would have probably booked elsewhere:(

Beautiful tranquil spot with a great location. Staff are amazing and we’re really helpful before arrival with information on tours. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable! Unbelievable value for money. They set up a small tour with tuk tuk and an English guide (Lucky - her name), she was brilliant. So knowledgeable about the history of the temples. We learnt so much and she was super friendly and even let us stop at apopo on the way back! Definitely recommend
La atención es estupenda. Son muy atentos a todo, y muy amables. La pieza gigante, muy cómoda, y tenía de todo.
La carta del restaurant, pero por lo siguiente. Soy vegetariana, y las opciones vegetarianas no tenían proteína. Y habían descripciones que no cumplen con la foto. El sandwich barbecue veggie no sabía a ello, y no era baguette, que eso indicaba en la descripción. Cuando pedí el tofu con gengibre, el tofu estaba recalentado y un poco añejo. Otros platos eran muy ricos, pero sin proteína. La cama era bastante dura, pero pude dormir igual. Ofrecieron cambiarla pero no lo consideré necesario.
