Ужас, не советую
Pros:

Из плюсов можно отметить только большую территорию в окружении соснового леса. Визуально, территория отеля выглядит симпатично, если не заходить не в какие помещения.

Cons:

Ужас, как будто попал в дешёвый отель где то в Африке. Для Европы это позор. В столовой полная антисанитария, мухи, везде грязные столы, неубранная посуда. Визуально когда заходишь в столовую, выглядит всё очень мрачно. Качество еды также плохое и очень слабое разнообразие. Номера очень старые, трещины на стенах, плесень на балконе и т.д. До моря далеко, пешком не походишь, трансфер на десять человек, остальные ждут в очереди. Без машины делать там нечего. По территории отеля ходят дикие кабаны, взрослым интересно, а для детей может быть опасно. Вечерние шоу рассчитаны только на итальянского зрителя, так как проходят силами аниматоров в театральном стиле, без знания языка, не понятно, что происходит.

Resort v prírode s dobrým vybavením. Izby boli čisté a pravidelne upratované. Stravovanie by mohlo byť na vyššej úrovni.

Bazén, bar pri bazéne, lehátka, večerný program, tenisové kurty, stolný tenis, parkovanie, príroda a milý personál.

Cons:

Jedlo by mohlo byť chutnejšie, pri príchode na raňajky okolo 8:30 bol v reštaurácií na stoloch použitý riad po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, ktorý nikto neupratoval. Následkom toho boli prítomné muchy a osi, ktoré nás vyrušovali pri jedení. Vietor zfúkol servítky a papierové poháre na zem, čo nepôsobilo príjemne.

Très bien pour nous pour 2 nuits
Pros:

On a eu une très grande chambre avec une grande terrasse dominante

Rapport qualité prix vraiment très interessant
Beaucoup de choses proposées au petit déjeuner

Cons:

La porte fenêtre sur la terrasse ne fermait pas, ce n’est pas de toute première jeunesse
Le petit déjeuner est pas très quali, la quantité est là par contre

La douche était bouchée, il y a avait des insectes dans le lit, une panne d’électricité durant toute la nuit donc pas de climatisation à éviter totalement.

Le club est vraiment vieillissant. La Clim dans la chambre était très bruyante. L’eau chaude en douche n’existe pas ( rez de chaussée). Aucune connexion téléphonique (zone)

Buono ma si potrebbe rendere più confortevole

Staff molto gentile e accogliente, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Meno disponibile lo stesso chef mentre serviva, ma magari va a simpatia mentre il Direttore sempre disponibile e sorridente

Cons:

Pulizia della camera, pulizia area ristorazione per non parlare dell'area piscina (mozziconi di sigaretta ovunque, presenti e documentati per tutta la durata del soggiorno... Non parliamo delle vetrate del ristorante e delle finestre praticamente vengono puliti forse una volta a stagione. Muffa nel condizionatore, abbiamo dovuto elemosinare la carta igienica (2 rotolini striminziti per 4 persone), varietà del cibo, la serata sarda senza maialetto o seadas, mai una cotoletta impanata, a colazione solo croissant praticamente. E' la quarta volta che veniamo quindi conosciamo molto bene la struttura, e ogni volta diamo una nuova chanche ma purtroppo il giudizio tende sempre più verso il negativo. Nonostante tutto ciò siamo persone che si adattano e non pretendono certo un servizio a 5 stelle ma sicuramente un pò di attenzione in più.
Ho visto la risposta dello staff, ma se permettete non avete ribattuto su pulizia o ad esempio sulla fornitura della carta igienica (sigh!), non è che ogni giorno dovevo andare a lamentarmi, riguardo la carta ad esempio ho lasciato un biglietto per il personale della pulizia e l'indomani un rotolino in più... i giorni seguenti no eddai...
Un fazzoletto usato dimenticato sotto il letto è stato lì 4 gg. Assortimento colazione? Metti una crostata, una torta diversa in una settimana sembra brutto? I dolci la sera? Sempre gli stessi, ripeto per un 3 stelle va bene, ma basterebbe un minimo per far davvero felici i clienti; ricordatevi che i clienti felici e soddisfatti poi tornano.
