We offer coffee and tea in our lobby daily and offer fresh pastries on Saturday and Sundays.

Our office ours are Sun-Thur 8am-11:30am and 3pm-7pm, Fri/Sun 8am-10pm. Can be reached by telephone 24 hours a day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Relaxing oasis in the Carmel Valley
Pros:

Small cozy property nestled in the valley and a good value for the area. Rooms nicely furnished in mid century vibe. Liked the private patio facing the hot tub and pool. Pool and hot tub nice.

Cons:

It really is a comfortable property but a little more attention could be paid to the grounds and freshen up the patios.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was very clean, specious, convenient, there was everything that we needed for our short stay. Facilities are somewhat old and maybe need refreshment but clean and still taken care if. Balcony was a fun bonus - we had our morning coffee there under a lemon tree. Area is super quiet, there is a small plaza very close - coffee, restaurant, gas, etc. We arrived late and the office was closed but they left a voice message with detailed instructions on how to get into our room. Since we did not have a connection and I did not receive the message on time, I called the number left on the office door and a lady helped me out, despite a late hour. They also offered coffee in the morning and the check out was pleasant as well. Very conveniently located close to Carmel-by-the-sea, Monterrey and Big Sur. I definitely recommend staying here!

Idyllic upgraded motel with resort elements. Attractive room and grounds, steps from the village.
Pros:

Comfortable, upgraded, almost luxurious yet still motel convenient. Good resort amenities and nicely landscaped. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Good choices for places to relax, both inside and out.

Cons:

No housekeeping during the four nights we stayed. Previously, we were offered change of towels/soaps etc every third night.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, we will be back.
Pros:

Love the layout of the properly, it seems all the rooms have patios facing the pool, also features a hot tub, the rooms are so cute MCM design. Free coffee and pastries in the lobby whim is more like a nice living/dining room

Cons:

The hotel pillows could be upgraded, there were a but small and lumpy.

Pros:

Loved walking to some small cafes in a quaint area. The location was great, including short drives to Carmel by the Sea and Big Sur. Went to watch the sun set nearly every night.

Cons:

Trip really got off on the wrong foot. One of my dogs was too sick to board, so my wife couldn't make it. I made the mistake of not buying trip insurances -- never again. So I asked if I could cancel, and there was only 24 hours notice, and the hotel said no. I realized it was my mistake, so hard to hold that against them. So I stayed nearly a week by myself. There were a couple of bugs in the room, but nothing crazy. They don't make up the room unless you ask. Overall, for the price, it was nice.

Pros:

The area and the grounds were nice and well kept , staff was personable , very welcoming . I loved the vintage pieces of furniture !!! . The last thing is they still have old school keys !! Like stepping back in time . 10/10! Loved it . I will come back for sure 😊

A nice “unexpected” stay with spacious rooms and grounds!
Pros:

Light pastries. … perfect for us! The location in Carmel Valley was perfect. An easy walk to two great winery tasting rooms. Also close to a great restaurant or two. The room size was spacious, fridge was large, the dining table had two fabulous swivel chairs, perfect decor, and wonderful hospitality. The layout of the facility is spacious. The pool area and privacy screening for rooms tops some of the better properties we haves stayed at. I noticed they have a charcoal BBQ available to visitors. Bravo to this “secret location”!

Cons:

Not much. Maybe better pillows (a mix of soft and medium and three on beds). We always bring our own, however, but we would love to not have to bring an extra. Some of the lower trim on doors could use some sanding and repainting, but our unit and the whole property looked absolutely clean.

Pros:

Room setup/layout.

Cons:

Shower head. Broken lamps. Poor room lighting. Breakfast was cake and coffee. No microwave in the room. Pool/hot tub was not gated and we have a 1yr old.
