Es war ok, aber die Mängel des Zimmers und das Frühstück sollten dringend verbessert werden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist wie scheinbar seit Jahren nur das gleiche wie andere schon schrieben. Pancakes und Papaya. Etwas dürftig in meinen Augen. Das Land hat mehr zu bieten. Der Garten ist schon sehr schön. Die Lage auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Duschkopf war defekt. Duschen kaum möglich. Kein Warmwasser. Wasserhähne nicht richtig funktional und kein Wasserdruck. Schäden sind schon älter, scheinbar kümmert man sich nicht. Das deutet dann auch auf die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hin. Viele Mücken im Zimmer, ohne das wir das Fenster offen hatten. Keine Ahnung wo die hergekommen sind. Parkplatz könnte besser gekennzeichnet sein.

No respetaron las condiciones establecidas en mi reservación

La actitud de los dueños o encargados dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, pregunté específicamente si el desayuno estaba incluido, ya que así lo indicaba mi reservación, y quise confirmarlo directamente con el personal. Me confirmaron que sí estaba incluido.

Al terminar de desayunar, me informaron que el desayuno tenía un costo adicional y que, según las indicaciones del encargado al personal de cocina, no estaba incluido. Posteriormente hablé directamente con los encargados o dueños y me indicaron que el desayuno costaba $300.00 por persona. Les mostré mi reservación, donde claramente se indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero su respuesta fue que esa opción la habían dado de baja desde hacía aproximadamente cuatro meses y que era un problema de Booking.

Al no poder aclarar la situación, posteriormente argumentaron que únicamente se incluía un desayuno continental y que los alimentos que había consumido se cobraban por separado. Considero que la información debió ser clara desde el principio, especialmente porque pregunté y confirmé expresamente que el desayuno estaba incluido.

Finalmente, para evitar inconvenientes, acepté pagar $150, aunque considero injusto tener que asumir ese costo cuando la información de mi reservación indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido y, además, lo confirmé personalmente al llegar. De haber recibido la información correcta desde el principio, habría optado por desayunar en otro lugar.

Pros:

Schone kamers en bedden, Een makelijk maar goed ontbijt met coffee/thee. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dicht nabij de piramides van Teotihuacan. leuke excursies te boeken met quads als je het dorp uit loopt op 5 minuten met meerdere stops voor een hele dag tegen een betaalbare prijs.

La regadera no funcionaba, estaba rota y fue totalmente difícil bañar a mis hijos.
Demasiados mosquitos en el cuarto que no pude dormir hasta las 3:30 am, aun así picotearon a mis hijos.

Hôtel économique, avec un beau jardin et un temazcal. Les chambres sont correctes, vue sur les montgolfières en se levant tôt le matin ! Petit déjeuner inclus et correct (pancake, fruit, thé/café)

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas exceptionnelles mais c'est très suffisant pour le prix.
