Pros:

I’ve stayed for 4days and 3nights. Room so spacious for 3 adult, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. They gave maps for SAPA city without asking. Breakfast so good. Will stay here again for next trip in Sapa. Thankyou for wonderful stay! :)

Pros:

This is halal certified hotel. As a Moslem you can enjoy the breakfast provided. The breakfast also quite variety. Very near to Sapa Halal Restaurant. Just a few minutes walking to Sun Plaza for Fansipan train.

Pros:

The pillow, bed, and blanket are so soft and comfy. The room lighting is so pretty, and the decor is beautiful.

Cons:

I can hear people talking from the other room. Not that clear but just mumbling

Отель удобно расположен, в 15мин. ходьбы остановка автобусов из Ханоя, озеро, центр Сапы. 200м до подъемника на Фансисап , и сцены уличной сцены, где без труда можно найти проводника до Кат-кат(10$).
Номер дали выбрать, спасибо - мы взяли как на картинке с камином. Номер чистый, большой , комфортный. Мы с удовольствием отдыхали в нем после прогулок по Сапе и окрестностям. Персонал молодой и очень доброжелательный. Приятно, когда стараются сделать наш отдых более комфортным.!

Cons:

Не понравилось, что по приезду в 9:45 нам предложили раннее заселение за 400000 донгов. Бизнес не пройдет без репутации...

Overall I was very happy with the hotel
Pros:

Included breakfast was vey good. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager was exceptional.

Cons:

The fridge did not work. I was told it was a cooler and not a fridge but it was just a box really. The balcony is barely big enough to put a single chair.

It was comfortable and the staff were friendly.
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind, polite and accommodating. They have a lift which was convenient for the luggages.

Cons:

The tiny cockroaches but it’s expected. The plumbing may need to be checked because the stench/smell from the toilet was strong and wafted in the whole room if the toilet door wasn’t closed.
