Great place once you find it!
Pros:

Location was excellent. It’s in the middle of a vibrant area. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Would have preferred a muesli option in the breakfast area. Also the instructions for how to find the hotel had a map that was all in Korean for the last part of the trip. We had to find friendly locals who could lead us to it.

Stay away from this hotel, seriously.
Pros:

I liked that there were three separate beds for the three of us. The sheets were clean and so were the towels

Cons:

The walls were dirty. The soaking tub was dirty. The blinds in the soaking area was extremely dirty and broken. The tiny ledge above the bed about an inch above the pillows was filled with dust and dirt. Inside the closet there was a box with a hairdryer in it and that box was dirty. The sink area was dirty and the shower along the crevices was dirty and a little moldy. The hotel was dark and the hallways smelled heavy of cigarette smoke (thankfully our room didn’t smell of smoke) it is located down a very dirty dark alleyway. The elevator was very dirty and dark, with a single small chandelier type light hanging down. The breakfast area was in the small basement. You have to walk down a poorly lit dirty hallway to get to the small breakfast area. The food was barely edible. And when my son and I were leaving we were taking one instant ramen with us for my other son who was still asleep. The manager was there and starting yelling at us that we can’t take it. I tried to explain that my other son was too tired from the day before and he will be hungry, but he didn’t care. He raised his voice again saying NO. I said okay thank you three times, we left the instant ramen on the table and left. Man, he was super mean. The other people working there were very indifferent. They didn’t care if you were happy or not with their hotel. They are just there to work and that is it.
The area where the hotel is, is very sketchy. Lots of people out every night (seems like hundreds) most sitting outside eating and having fun. The other half are drinking and smoking. LOTS OF SMOKING. There were drunks everywhere you looked. There was even one passed out on the dirty cigarette filled ground with an older gentleman slapping him in the face trying to wake him up to no avail. This is not a family friendly environment.

スタッフの方はとても良い人です。
コスパは良いです。朝ごはんもシンプルで好きです

Cons:

AC smells bad. When cleaning the room, they don't make or change the bed and our stay was 8 nights. So I expected at least two changes of bed clothes.
