Da ist mind. ein Stern zuviel. Trotz außergewöhnlicher Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit auf hohem Niveau und die Lage. Die Parkähnlich Anlage. 35 Min nach Riva und 35 Min nach Trient. Natur rundherum.

Cons:

Kein Wasser auf den Zimmern. Dafür 2 Äpfel.

25€ Aufpreis für SPA.

Frühstück eher bescheiden in der Auswahl.
Kein Gemüse, keinen Orangensaft, nichts BIO. Kaffee gibts aus der Kanne. Auf Wunsch dann Cappuccino.

Personal allgemein sehr kurz angebunden.

Im Whirlpool Outdoor wurden meine Töchter aufgefordert eine Haube aufzusetzen oder die Haare zusammenzubinden und das in einem sehr rüden Ton.

Musik war im Außenbereich (Café) zu laut. Das Personal schwer anzutreffen. Erst der Gärtner hat dann die Musik leiser gedreht.

Gab nur Tagesgäste.
Um 10:00 Uhr muss man dann das Summer verlassen.

Wir sprechen von einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Struttura molto accogliente, anche se non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi benessere per nostra scelta, ottima colazione e disponibilità del personale. Molto gradita l'offerta della Trentino card . PpsiIone ottima per visitare le zone dei laghi limitrofi

Cons:

Il costo della spa non incluso (22 euro a persona al giorno).
La qualità non eccezionale delle pietanze. Cucina elaborata e abbondante, ma a volte carente nella preparazione.

La struttura ben tenuta, purissima,l’accoglienza cordialissima, ho usufruito della mezza pensione e devo dire che la cena è stata top .

L’unica cosa che posso dire che la SPA non è grandissima e manca una piscina al coperto.
