Tolle Lage, grandioser Ausblick, aber im Sommer: Schlaflos in Hall.
Pros:

Wunderbar gelegen, aus dem sehr geräumigen Turmzimmer grandioser Blick übers Inntal und die Berge.
Bequemes Bett, alles blitzsauber (mit Ausnahme der Klobürste, die sonst recht verlässlich ein Warn-Indikator ist), großes Parkhaus unter dem Hotel

Cons:

Das muss man sich vorstellen, die Turmzimmer haben ein riesiges Panoramafenster und keinen Sonnenschutz (die fixen Designelemente helfen nur, wenn die Sonne wirklich hoch am Himmel steht), auch gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nichteinmal eine Wohnraumlüftung. Der Vorhang hilft hier nicht mehr viel. Dieser viel zu durchlässige und kurze Vorhang ist auch der Grund, dass es im Zimmer im Sommer um kurz nach 5 Uhr früh schon taghell ist.
Meine wichtigste Erwartung an ein Hoteilzimmer ist, dass ich schlafen kann. Das war hier leider nicht erfüllt. Im Sommer würde ich das Zimmer nicht mehr buchen.
Frühstück? Bescheiden, und der Instantkaffee sowie der stechend süße Kunstsaft grenzen an Körperverletzung nach einer schlaflosen Nacht. Noch ein Wunsch an den Roomservice: Klopfen vor dem Betreten des Zimmers wäre fein.

Das Zimmer mit dem Blick auf die Berge. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer. Sauberkeit von Zimmer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön an alle 😊

Cons:

Als mir gesagt wurde, das ich 54€ fürs parken bezahlen soll. 11€ am Tag 😡

Tut mir leid an das Personal wie ich reagiert habe.

Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals, zentrale Lage zur Altstadt, Frühstück war in Ordnung aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel leider kein Highlight und eher auf 3 Sterne Niveau.

Cons:

Verarbeitung/Qualität des Interieurs des Zimmers u. Bades, sieht z.T. wie Einbauten eines Heimwerkers aus; zerschrammter Schrank, fehlender Schließzylinder in der Badtüre, lose Klobrille etc.- da habe ich in anderen 4 Sterne Hotels in Österreich wirklich immer eine um Längen hochwertigere Ausstattung/Zustand erlebt. Hatte mir bei dem Preis etwas ganz anderes vorgestellt und war dementsprechend ziemlich enttäuscht. Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator und es war im Mai bei einer Außentemperatur von beinahe 30 Grad unerträglich heiß- ich möchte mir gar nicht ausmalen, wie es erst im Hochsommer ist!

Perfektes Stadthotel d. gehobenen Klasse, fusslaeufig in die Altstadt mit hervorragendem Restaurant
Pros:

Fruehstueck war zwar inkludiert, brauchte aber ausser Kaffe und Saft nichts... Schoenes Buffet, leider kein Hunger um 7:00 :)
Receptionist bei meiner Ankunft war aeusserst zuvorkommend & hilfreich! Top Service und Freundlichkeit in Hall in Tirol...?! Er koennte auch im Palace in Gstaad, im Saratz in Pontresina oder im Carlton in St. Moritz arbeiten > war beeindruckt!

Cons:

Dadurch, dass das Hotel in Naehe von der Rettungseinsatzzentrale liegt, war es sehr laut durch die laufenden Einsaetze > fast immer mit Martinshorn.
