Boa localização. Próximo de mercado, bares, farmácia, ponto de ônibus.
Quarto amplo, com frigobar e cafeteira. Roupa de cama e banho boas e amenities no banheiro.
Possui algumas vagas para estacionamento que são pagas a parte e é necessário fazer a reserva.
Os atendentes são educados e solícitos.

Cons:

Particularmente, não gostamos do café da manhã. Os produtos nos pareceram excessivamente industrializados. A salada de frutas era de frutas em conserva. Pra nós brasileiros, que estamos acostumados com tudo fresco, achamos ruim.
