Just don’t book in the first place
Pros:

Not great at all. Old, cold, rooms are horrible. Dated, depressing experience. Yes it’s cheap but worth spending the extra.

Cons:

From the photos it looked interesting but don’t be fooled. Best part of it is the location on the cobbled streets but plenty of better choices.

El hotel tiene una arquitectura y decoración muy bonitas, con columnas y detalles que le dan mucho encanto y personalidad al lugar. El personal se encuentra disponible en recepción a toda hora y durante nuestra estadía siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos.
Quiero destacar especialmente la atención que recibimos cuando a mi mamá le afectó la altura. Nos apoyaron con la asistencia médica y, además, el hotel cuenta con oxígeno, el cual le proporcionaron oportunamente. Agradezco mucho la disposición y preocupación del personal en ese momento, ya que nos hizo sentir acompañados

Cons:

La ubicación está un poco alejada de la plaza, por lo que puede resultar algo incómoda para desplazarse caminando. Sin embargo, el hotel cuenta con dos puertas de acceso y por una de ellas sí pueden llegar los taxis, ubicada frente al Templo de San Cristóbal.

Great stay, lovely location for views and hiking, hotel has a great medieval look, very good value for a short stay.
Pros:

Great look and bed was very comfortable, nice views, friendly staff, cheap too!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t amazing, no air con or fridge in the room, rooms could be a little more modernised.
Walks down to town were great with great views but walks back up to the hotel were a challenge.

Great hotel overall.
Pros:

Everything was great. The facilities were good, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was also amazing. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here.

Cons:

It is really high in the city so quite the walk up.

The shower was leaking so the bathroom floor got wet often.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the center. The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was not super clean, the breakfast was quite bad, the place is location uphill so you need an uber to get there in general or walk a huge street up. When we arrived the room was quite dirty but they change it for free.

There were nice common spaces and tea was accessible all the time. There was always someone at the reception.
