Pros:

Camere grandi, pulite e completa di tutti i confort. Abbiamo richiesto anche il servizio di lavanderia express e sono stati efficientissimi.
Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Anche se la posizione è vicina al centro, bisogna fare una bella salita per raggiungere la struttura.

Muy buena opción en la ciudad
Pros:

Camas muy cómodas y personal muy atento. Nos dieron un calefactor cuando lo solicitamos (a diferencia térmica es importante durante el dia en Cusco). Nos dejaron ingresar como 4 horas antes sin costo

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció algo acotado, pero por el precio está bien.

Enjoy this interesting building🎶
Pros:

Friendly english speaking staff. Very interesting building and I enjoyed it. The room wasn’t so warm but it is probably average in this country.

Cons:

Unfortunately my tour bus can’t come and pick me up because it is located on the narrow street. But I could come with a taxi from the airport.

Todo bien, solo el acceso era dms pendiente.
Pros:

Todo estaba limpio y el personal era super atento. Estaba cerca de un par de atractivos, lo cual me pareció atractivo y la vista tbn era buena, ya que estaba prácticamente arriba de todo.

Cons:

La ubicación, para llegar si o si es recomendable subir en taxi, es super cerca a la plaza pero la subida es como 500m de pendiente hacia arriba.

Esperienza negativa
Pros:

Quasi niente, lo staff sono dei ragazzi molto gentili, a differenza dei proprietari che si trovano quasi sempre in reception.

Cons:

Purtroppo sono tante le cose come: i primi due giorni eravamo senza acqua calda nella doccia.... al terzo giorno dopo la segnalazione ho dovuto riparare la manopola che era rovinata... invece nella stanza 203 dei miei amici mancava sempre l'acqua calda nel lavandino, che dopo la segnalazione il proprietario rispose che era stato tolta perché gli ospiti lo facevano scorrere troppo. La porta della doccia era rotta tanto così che non si poteva chiudere e anche a volte la porta usciva dal binario...
La collazione era troppo scarsa in tutti i sensi...la proprietaria diceva che gli ospiti non dovevano mangiare di più per la altitudine del posto...

Precisei ficar mais 6h além do check out e conseguiram resolver sem me trocar de quarto

Cons:

O hotel fica numa região muito íngreme táxi e vans dos passeios não conseguem subir para nos pegarmos. É uma subida e tanto da praça das armas. Então antes de reservar esteja ciente que vai andar muito e na subida.

A água do chuveiro é uma delícia. Os colchões confortáveis.

Cons:

O hotel fica no alto de uma pirambeira. Oa travesseiros parecem baixeiro de tão finos e meio desconfortáveis. No primeiro dia, o nosso aquecedor não estava pegando, pedimos para trocá-lo e a equipe foi super atenciosa.
