Keep in mind that the second entrance to get to the hotel is through Carretera a Sacsayhuaman and crossing the San Cristóbal temple.

Hotel charmant, bon emplacement, à 7/10mn à pied de la place des armas. En pente en revanche donc avec l'essoufflement des premiers jours, il faut y aller doucement. Il y a des ubers dans la villes.

Petit déjeuné servi à table pas très consistant. En revanche si vous partez tôt le matin et que vous les prévenez la veille, ils peuvent vous faire un sandwich.
Pas de quoi remplir sa bouteille d'eau.

The rooms were nice and had lots of space. The bathrooms were clean and everything was tidy. The staff were also super kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling with others or alone.

Very beautiful building with a cute room (we had a 3 bed room!). Friendly staff and easy service. Free tea 24/7. Great location with beautiful views over the city!
The shower doors were kinda broken. Also, the room service didn't really clean the room.
The room can be quite loud if someone in the hall is talking.
Breakfast was so poor, we just used it once in 5 nights! (but nearby is a great café)
Very helpful and responsive staff. Good location for visiting Saqsaywaman and San Blas. Hot water and an electric heater in our room was very welcome.
The breakfast wasn’t great and communal areas were too cold and gloomy to relax in.
Camas muy cómodas y personal muy atento. Nos dieron un calefactor cuando lo solicitamos (a diferencia térmica es importante durante el dia en Cusco). Nos dejaron ingresar como 4 horas antes sin costo

Camere grandi, pulite e completa di tutti i confort. Abbiamo richiesto anche il servizio di lavanderia express e sono stati efficientissimi.

Friendly english speaking staff. Very interesting building and I enjoyed it. The room wasn’t so warm but it is probably average in this country.
Unfortunately my tour bus can’t come and pick me up because it is located on the narrow street. But I could come with a taxi from the airport.
