Close to Bana Hills attractions
Long walk to room on arrival and not being told it would involve climbing stairs. Wouldn’t give extra water bottles on arrival. Room very small

Horrible customer service, awful cafeteria food, staff was rude, no English spoken (or French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese).
Picturesque location and setting
Everything closes at 5pm so little to do it if you are staying on the mountain for the night.
Upgraded room was street level looking over at the sushi restaurant.
Half way through dinner the staff came over with individual bills for all 8 guests despite us saying we wanted desserts and more drinks.
Ordered cocktails in the lounge and it took over 30 minutes and other guests were being served over us.

Nos dieron un upgrade. El personal es amable pero creo que están saturados, aún así el trato es muy agradable. Muy buen desayuno.
El aire acondicionado es central, no se puede regular y hace mucho calor. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero algunos muebles ya son viejos.

The Golden Bridge and French Village.
While this was the most expensive accommodation of our whole trip staying overnight gave us the opportunity to wander around both the Golden Bridge and Village after closing hours and before opening hours (less crowded) and get to see most of the village as well as unlimited cable cart rides and other included activities.
Our room was great - clean, comfortable bed and great shower pressure.
The included breakfast was exception - so may choices and excellent quality.
For first time visitors I would recommend an overnight stay

De kabelbaan omhoog waarvoor je 700000 dong bijbetaald.
Dat je opeens je stempel moet bovenhalen waarmee je het land binnenkwam en een internationaal paspoort. In principe heb je deze niet meer nodig vanuit de Europese Unie. Dus jammer dat ze zelf niet op de hoogte waren. Zonder foto van mijn reisgenoot op een andere locatie had ik er niet binnengeraakt. Dit was op voorhand ook niet gecommuniceerd.

Problemloser und freundlicher Check-In. Direkt schon an der Seilbahntalstation konnte man alles erledigen, da es einen separaten Hotelcounter gab.
Das Zimmer war viel zu hellhörig, Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, es war viel zu kalt. Selbst der zusätzliche eingeschaltete Radiator konnte das Zimmer nicht aufheizen.
Ein separates Badezimmer gibt es nicht. Es sind nur eine Duschkabine und WC-Kabine vorhanden. Das Waschbecken ist auf der Rückseite einer Abtrennung zum Bett. Die Wc-Kabine ist viel zu klein.

I stayed in hotel Toulouse. The ac was permanently on an could not be remotely turned off or down in the room.
I slept real bad an had an are throat a sinus was blocked the next day. I was advise anyone with respiratory problems or asthma not to visit this hotel only do a day trip.
