The cable car. The location was amazing.
The family room is very small. Not enough space for our luggage. The toilet lock was broken.
The staff was just perfect
I like all the foods
None
It was amazing to stay in the French Village especially after 5 when all the day trippers went home.
Staff were great amidst the chaos of checking in.
The park itself was extremely busy during business hours. Check in was absolute chaos, but the staff amazingly were professional and helpful.
French village in general
Hotel is terrible. From check in to check out. Check in took almost 40 min, with only 2 receptionists working. And working unbelievable slow. While we was in line for check in,woman tried to sell a buffet dinner for 700k. We didn't even had check in,and she already jumped to us with dinner offer!!!! Room is small, not enough place for luggage. If you have 2 luggages, you have no space in room to put your foot. Had to put kind of chair under the bed, radiators under the table to at least open luggage. Room is very outdated. Nothing to like about this hotel
Helpful staff, various food types, and ofcourse location
breakfast was nice
It was clean and tidy, great location with lots to see.
The buffet was overpriced for that it was. They ran out of Marshmallows and for the amount of guests staying there you would think they would have more.
The food wasn’t great and the shops were closed on the night. You pretty much had no option but to eat at the hotel after 5pm.
Nice bed, shower area and good size room
1. Aircondition was not cool enough during summer months.
2. Hotel staff did not knock or press the door bell to check if room was occupied. She just tapped her card and opened the door. What a surprise for both of us. 😅
3. Exhaust in toilet area was not working. So if you poop, the smell will linger a bit.
