Great location
Pros:

The location was fab, atmosphere at night is beautiful. We had a family room and it had a king bed and 4 x bunk beds so was massive! Very clean.

Cons:

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not the best, they got our order wrong to start with by bringing lentil curry instead of chicken curry then left the rice and naan on table to go cold while we waited for them to re do the order, we had to then ask for the rice to be heated and there was no offer to heat the naan or even an apology for the wrong order.

Room was dirty, upon arrive there are full trashes inside the toilet and bedroom. AC is not working well, uncontrolled temperature.

Месторасположение, ужин

Cons:

С доставкой до отеля настоящий квест. Представителя отеля на канатке нет, сотрудники им звонят и за вами приезжают. Нет никакой информации о том куда идти.
Персонал абсолютно безразличный. Им просто не до вас. Поток туристов огромный, сотрудников не хватает.

Awesom experience!!
Pros:

The location is absolutely awesome, in the middle of Bana Hills. The check in down hill was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

After the fantastic ride up on the cable car, which was one of the great highlights, the check in to the actual hotel was a little confusing. We were not given clear directions where to go. We had to spend a good amount of time finding the front desk. We finally had to flag down an employee to take us to the front dest to check in at the actual hotel location…a little confusing.

The room was fairly clean.

Cons:

Probably the worst bed I ever slept on. Literally had major back pain the next day. Horrible. Also, I ran out of water at 2 am and called the reception for 3 bottles. She told me they would deliver them - I even asked straight away if I should come there to get them (different building) but she confidently said “no, no, they will be delivered”. I waited for 40 minutes. Nothing. Then I went there on foot and apparently the guy that was supposed to deliver them fell asleep or something? I mean? Then when he brought them to reception, he was unfriendly and was looking at me like I was ordering a gourmet meal and vintage wine in the middle of the night or something. He also only brought 2 even though I ordered 3. I mean, brother, it’s just water. Also, it’s your job. And you’re not very good at it. Horrible experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. But it’s the only hotel there so… What can you do. The only thing that makes this place worth it is the fact that you get early access to the golden bridge and can make great pics there, but that’s all they have going for them.

Pros:

Location was great. You really pay so you can see everything over two days. It was great to wake up there and be the first at the bridge because visibility can be poor in the afternoon/evening. It was nice to wonder around in the evening and morning without all the crowds.

Cons:

The buffet dinner was chaotic, loud, and the food wasn’t great for the price. It was also hard to get a drink in the buffet area. I would stay there again but order my own food in another area.
