Great for 2-3 days !
Pros:

Everything, great for 2 to 3 days and that’s it. Much cooler than DaNang, very refreshing .. Great meals.

Cons:

Swimming pool , one pool for all those guest , I’m not getting in

חם מאוד! אי אפשר לשלוט המזגן. שירות גרוע במסעדות המלון. איטי ולא נוח. יקר מאוד. צפוף והמוני. צק אין הכי איטי ומסורבל וחם שיש. פשוט סיוט.

GREAT LOCATION
STAYING HERE MEANS YOU CAN ENJOY BA NA HILLS WITHOUT THE CONGESTION OF OTHER TOURISTS ONCE THEY ALL LEAVE ON THE LAST CABLE CAR FOR THE DAY

Cons:

ROOM ONLY HAD 1 KING SIZE BED FOR 2 ADULTS AND A 6 YEAR OLD. AC TEMP COULDN'T BE ALTERED IN ROOM AND IS CONTROLLED BY STAFF. ONLY 2 BOTTLES OF WATER AND TOWELS FOR THREE GUESTS BOOKED.

1-2 star hotel with terrible service not worth the money you pay

The person who helped us with our bags at check in was great

Cons:

I’m not sure why this is advertised at 4 star when it’s 2 at best. The process for getting over to hotel and being able to leave our bags there while exploring before check in was good. But then we checked into a hotel room where the aircon didn’t work. We called service and they sent a “repair” person who tried to tell us aircon was working because he could feel a little air coming out of a section that was 5cm long. The aircon didn’t not work and our room stayed a 26-28 degree temperature the whole night. They offer us a fan which we had to call up and ask them to bring 2 times over a 3 hour period and staff looked annoyed when they finally brought it. When you’re paying $200 a night for a room and the aircon doesn’t work, staff are not helpful and the room is very basic, it’s extremely frustrating. We got no sleep as the beds are also very uncomfortable. Not worth the money you pay to be there early to see the bridge with less people as there is still 150 people plying into cable cars to do the same thing.

Not a value for money stay. Avoid it if you are not a fan of hotel brand name
Pros:

1.Bathroom area is sufficiently spaced for a small group of 3 people.
2. Luggage handling during check-in and check-out by hotel staff from end to end was really good and efficient
3. Check out was smooth
4. Quality of breakfast with plenty of options

Cons:

1. There are 7 buildings of this hotel and do not have dedicated reception desk for individual building. So if you have to ask for any room service, your waiting time increases significantly.
2. One cannot control room temperature as it is centrally operated. Initially the room, I was offered had A/C issue so they changed the room after repeated requests which spoiled my mood and I wasted my 30-45 minutes (which is a good time provided hotel did not offer early check-in) . Additionally, they provided air water cooler unit which did not work.
3. Room walls are not decorated which can be understandable but not properly maintained. At many places, color were taken-off.

Its a good experience.
Pros:

It's a beautiful place, too huge though for an overnight stay. The breakfast is very good. Specal thanks to the Medical Team/Nurse/staff of the hotel who took care of me very well when i had a little accident at the golden bridge.

Cons:

The food at the stalls (lunch/fruit shake). It needs a lot of improvement given the cost it charges. It would be good to add a full mirror in the room.
