Príjemná “európska” atmosféra.
Trochu menšia izba.
The location in the middle of sun world and French village is excellent
Cable car was amazing
The room is so basic not as per the value paid , you’re paying for the location but don’t expect any comfort feeling in the rooms.
Check in experience was horrible, they don’t speak English or any other language and they talk in Vietnamese and expect you to understand them.
No clear guidance on what is included or not included.
I booked two different types of rooms for the family and apparently they’re in two different buildings with no much of support
Everything, it was amazing and breathtaking beautiful at night. The staff was so king and helpful, especially when we arrived really late for check-in because of our flight delay. But the staff were very accommodating to us, we will definitely be back again.
Need a/c in the room.
Location was good.
Bathrooms was very tiny, could not close the door while using the washrooms.
Liked walking around french village when the crowd has gone
They couldnt provide an extra bed so 5 of us in a room was abit of a squish
location
uncomfortable
Mercure French Village Ba Na Hills
Lovely experience
The first experience of Ba Na Hills and the hotel was at the lower cable car station where residents have a separate check-in area and priority access to the cable car.
We were guided and helped with our bags onto a cable car which is quite a ride up to the French Village.
As we exited the upper cable car, a lovely young French lady ran up to us and helped us with our bags and showed us to the hotel check-in desk.
We were soon taken to a lovely room overlooking one of the village squares.
The Village and areas at Ba Na Hills provide a kind of escape from normal Vietnam life, you could be in the French alps. The Hills are wonderfully designed and well kept but you have to accept you are in a theme park. They have different areas with different focus, lots of fun fair activities and gardens. Of course, you can’t skip the Golden Bridge and as a resident, access is easier and quieter.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic and we stumbled upon some great activities and processions during our stay.
One bar/restaurant we stopped at (Gemination) turned out to be a real surprise! They were offering a happy hour special on cocktails and beer which attracted us. We were sat in a quiet spot and the atmosphere, (brilliant background music) and drinks had us confused to why it was so quiet!!?? We certainly didn’t complain and really appreciated the experience.
Later in the evening we had a similar experience at Le Taverne. This is downstairs in a basement area, lovely décor and it advertised live music. We were the only 2 x customers!! Maybe it was too early for most people but for us it was a nightcap moment!
We had a great stay in the Hills and on leaving, the young French lady helped us again to board the return cable car.
I liked the entire experience, the atmosphere, the breakfast, and the opportunity provided to overnight guests to visit the golden bridge before the daily visitor crowd arrived. Thank you
It is difficult to find something that I disliked.
The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety of food. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Room lighting waa a bit dim. I wish it could have been better.
Location was good
The food was horrible
Bed is very comfortable
Lokationen
