Accoglienza perfetta per i nostri ospiti internazionali
Pros:

My wife and I are both Italian, but we live in the UK. When we got married this June, we needed accommodation that was large enough and well organised enough to host many of our international guests.
Choosing Etna Royal View was one of the best decisions we made, and we are extremely happy with our choice.

From the very first interaction, the staff were nothing but professional, kind and incredibly pleasant to deal with. They were always responsive to any request or small issue, and showed great flexibility and care throughout.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and well looked after. Our international guests were also really pleased to experience a proper “Sicilian breakfast”, which was a lovely touch and something many of them really enjoyed.

Having everyone staying in one place, well looked after and comfortable, made a huge difference for us during the wedding days. We are very grateful to them.

Mia moglie ed io siamo entrambi italiani, ma viviamo nel Regno Unito. Per il nostro matrimonio a giugno avevamo quindi bisogno di una struttura abbastanza grande e organizzata da poter ospitare molti dei nostri invitati internazionali.

Scegliere Etna Royal View è stata una delle decisioni migliori che potessimo prendere, e siamo davvero felicissimi della nostra scelta.

Fin dal primo contatto, tutto lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente professionale, disponibile e piacevole. Sono sempre stati molto reattivi nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta o piccolo problema, dimostrando grande flessibilità e attenzione verso di noi e verso i nostri ospiti.

Le camere sono comode, pulite e ben curate. I nostri invitati internazionali sono rimasti molto contenti anche di poter provare la “colazione siciliana”, che per molti di loro è stata una bellissima esperienza.

Avere tutti nello stesso posto, ben sistemati e ben seguiti, ci ha aiutato tantissimo durante i giorni del matrimonio. Siamo davvero grati a Etna Royal View per l’accoglienza e li consigliamo senza esitazione.

Pros:

Location was good for our needs, breakfast was just great, everything was clean, staff was very friendly, AC, 2 balcony

Cons:

Limited parking place so not all cars (if full) will fit, have to park on the street. Luckily there was always free space so not a problem. Kitchen utilities was limited (as ususal)

The most friendly owner and staff, you are fine in Italy! Room service was delivered personally from staff and owner very very good breakfast is included and we also had some nearby restaurant recommended from the owner was very very good also and very very inexpensive

Nagyszerű ár-érték arányú szálláshely, ahol a csodás személyzet biztosítja a kellemes ottlétet.
Pros:

A személyzet és a tulajdonos rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész. Az épület és a szoba egyaránt újszerű, tiszta és jólfelszerelt. A kilátás gyönyörű. A saját parkoló óriási kincs, mert a parkolás egész Szicíliában óriási probléma, és szinte mindenütt fizetős. A szállás közelében több kisebb üzlet áll rendelkezésre a bevásárláshoz, és 5-6 km távolságra egy hatalmas bevásárlóközpont is található, fantasztikus hipermarkettel, illetve számos más üzlettel. A repülőtér és a környék fő látnivalói (Etna, Taormina, Szirakúza stb.) elérhető közelségben vannak, de a tengerpart viszonylag messze. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és mindig friss, ráadásul a szobákba tálalják.

Cons:

A szobákat az ott tartózkodás alatt elvileg nem takarítják, csak váltáskor, ami hosszabb tartózkodás esetén probléma lehet. A reggeli habár bőséges és finom, kizárólag helyi specialitásokból (töltött péksüteményekből) áll, ami nem mindenkinek egyezik az ízlésvilágával. a parkolóhely kissé szűkös. Kicsit messze esik a fő látnivalóktól és a tengerparttól.

Perfect location for your Sicily vacation!
Pros:

My family and I spent a week in the beautiful mansard apartment with two full bedrooms and a pullout sofa! The apartment included a full kitchen, washing machine, an an elevator. From the living room is a large terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon spritz with an expansive view that includes the ocean.
Even more important than the apartment amenities was the hospitality that we experienced during our stay. The proprietor greeted us upon arrival and the staff was exceptionally helpful with advice about local travel and even arranged a driver for us on one day. We highly recommend the Etna Royal View and would certainly return when our travels bring us back to Trecastagni.
