Good hotel in good location . Very busy.
Pros:

The location is close to the beach and restaurants.
We stayed in a twin room with a nice view of the city and glimpse of the beach.

Cons:

The room was well appointed if a little compact and the bathroom and shower was very small.
We had everything we needed but it would have been nice to have more space.
We stayed in high season and the hotel was very busy mainly with families. The breakfast buffet was good but also very busy and chaotic.
The 2 swimming pools were always busy and there are only a couple of sunbeds whch are always occupied.
We enjoyed our stay at the Cicilia and its a good hotel in a good location. However as mature age travellers we found it to be too busy and noisy for our liking.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Location was superb, excellent size rooms, very clean hotel, excellent staff, especially Hong Nhung, she was very welcoming and her service was excellent as was Tina’s too.
Cindy reception supervisor was also very pleasant, who we met on checkout, she was very kind and organised us transport to the airport, which was very much appreciated

Cons:

Sky Bar isn’t equipped as a bar, when ordering drinks they came from the bar down stairs and you had to wait and they started to melt by the time they were delivered to the pool area.

It would also be good to able to enjoy the view and order a drink upstairs so it would be cold.

When the property had lots of people staying the breakfast area got a bit congested and there was no plates, bowls or glasses we had to ask for them.
