Every morning the staff would greet you with a smile. They remembered your name at breakfast. They looked after any need
Pros:

The service from the staff was absolutely excellent. If we required any fresh towels or any needs in our room, they were there in a few minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The BEST first time birthday stay in Danang Vietnam
Pros:

I ABSOLUTELY loved EVERYTHING about this hotel/property the location was great, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and just made us feel like family home away from home. I have to say a VERY SPECIAL Thank You to Mia for making my birthday arrival so special with a happy cake also Lucy at the front desk she is such a warm and friendly young lady. I DEFINITELY WILL be back year after year.

The staff, especially Cindy, made us feel very welcomed. They even surprised me with a birthday cake during the stay. The hotel was very well located and the room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Tolles, grosses Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Nette Pools. Das Frühstück war OK.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war um 14.00 Uhr noch nicht bezugsbereit und beim Chevk-in war es sehr hektisch, weil sehr viel los war. Das Personal hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und uns einen Früchteteller spendiert.

Amazing experience staying here.
Pros:

This hotel is amazing value for money. Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beachfront. The hotel itself is beautiful and my room was gorgeous. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location for sightseeing and beach

Great location right next to beach and all food and amenities

Cons:

They left us notes for a missing hand towel and asked us about a missing teaspoon (1 tiny spoon!) during checkout. This is after paying around 1000 usd for 4 nights. It was really odd that the manager would ask about it when we aren’t counting the number of spoons and towels in the room when checking in.
Breakfast was good spread but most items and cutlery wasn’t replcaced quickly and things often ran out.

Met expectations.
Pros:

Hotel was great, room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable, staff did just enough to tick the ‘I was polite’ box. Breakfast was reasonably good.

Cons:

The street noise! Such a noisy place and the sound came straight into the room and kept us awake for hours, hardly slept for two nights.
