Location was superb, excellent size rooms, very clean hotel, excellent staff, especially Hong Nhung, she was very welcoming and her service was excellent as was Tina’s too.
Cindy reception supervisor was also very pleasant, who we met on checkout, she was very kind and organised us transport to the airport, which was very much appreciated
Sky Bar isn’t equipped as a bar, when ordering drinks they came from the bar down stairs and you had to wait and they started to melt by the time they were delivered to the pool area.
It would also be good to able to enjoy the view and order a drink upstairs so it would be cold.
When the property had lots of people staying the breakfast area got a bit congested and there was no plates, bowls or glasses we had to ask for them.
We had a good experience. They were quick for any service. The room was clean.. toiletries was available. It was a good sea side view. Close to Indian food and market
Cicilia Hotel and Spa is a great location and very clean and tidy.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht.
Die Zimmer waren sauber. Und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut.
Zwischen Hotel und Meer befindet sich eine Baustelle. Nicht nur, dass es dadurch keinen Meerblick mehr gibt, es herrscht auch von früh bis spät Baulärm. Uns wurde dann angeboten nach einer Nacht vom 8. in den 16. Stock zu wechseln, um wenigstens den gebuchten Meerblick zu haben. In wenigen Wochen wird es den auch nicht mehr geben. Trotzdem werden weiterhin Zimmer mit Meerblick verkauft.
Selbst im 16. Stock hört man noch den Straßenlärm.
Das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt.
Guten Kaffee gab es beim Frühstück nur gegen Aufpreis von der Bar.

Außergewöhnlichr Service, super freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut und wir sind rundherum zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr reichhaltig und perfekt! Mein besonderer Dank auch an das super freundliche Personal beim Frühstück. Es war außergewöhnlich: jeden Tag wurden wir befragt, ob es Wünsche gibt und wie wir zufrieden sind. Wir haben Nhung und Tina in unser Herz geschlossen und sogar ein Abschiedsfoto gemacht. Auch das Personal am Desk war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür.

È stata la parte in cui si facevano la pulizia delle camere. Non sempre coincidevano con i ns tempi.
The pools were great, the location was perfect, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet had a lot of options, no complaints about the cost. We really enjoyed our stay in Danang!
The pool on the 3rd floor was being serviced, we did get to use it on our last day. The bar service at the roof top bar has room for improvement. Empty plates and glassware weren’t up kept, the attendant just stood there on his phone the entire time. It is such a nice lounge area with a stunning view! You order your drink, the attendant places the order, and someone else brings it upstairs. It was quite odd. Especially since there is a bar upstairs. Either have a full service bar or don’t.
Staff especially Bich was super helpful, pleasant and couldn't do enough too help you. So much variety for buffet breakfast and infinity pool with a great view overlooking beach
The staff are excellent here and very attentive, Cindy was very helpful and made everything seamless.
I would especially like to mention Tina's friendly face each morning and feel like I have made a friend here in Vietnam
