- Sehr freundliche Chefin
- äußerst hilfsbereite Zimmerdame (extra Waschpulver bekommen)
- automatischer Self-Check-In (spätabends) und Check-Out: sehr praktisch!

Cons:

Das kostenlose Zustellbett war sehr einfach, jedoch zweckmäßig. Matratze war nicht besonders stabil.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado.
Não tinha isolação entre divisões, ouvia-se imenso barulho de todos os lados.
A cama estava mal feita quando cheguei, parecia que já se tinham deitado nela.
É quarto para 50CHF no máximo por noite, só por esse preço se justifica ficar lá.

A very clean and comfortable stay with excellent breakfast variety and friendly, attentive staff.
Pros:

What a lovely stay! Our room was very nice and spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff prepared a third bed for our companion — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options; I especially enjoyed the whole grain bread. The team was friendly and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I’d happily stay here again!

Le manque de climatisation.
On etait au dernier étage et il faisait bcp trop chaud dans la chambre. Vu le prix de la nuit je pense qu’il pourrait au moins y avoir la clim.
Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit de la route
