Nada recomendable
A favor: Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, pero no compensa en absoluto el resto de los problemas.
En contra:
La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El primer día tuvimos que pedir un cambio inmediato de habitación porque el baño estaba lleno de pelos. Lamentablemente, la segunda habitación no fue mucho mejor: el aseo estaba pésimamente hecho, las paredes del baño estaban sucias y las de la habitación llenas de mugre y manchas. Todo el lugar tenía un olor a sucio muy desagradable.
Las instalaciones son extremadamente antiguas y no tienen mantenimiento. Debido a la vejez de las ventanas, el aislamiento acústico es nulo: entra muchísimo ruido de la calle y, para colmo, se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones. Es imposible conciliar el sueño.
Para rematar, el restaurante es muy desaseado y no me pareció nada salubre. En general, una estancia muy incómoda y antihigiénica. No lo recomiendo para nada.

It was clean and breakfast was good.
We lived in 3 floor and view from the window was to the very high well. It was feeling we are in prison. I suppose there are not all rooms with this location, but we haven't seen such view never before. The room was extremely small. And they asked to pay for 3 days 35 euros more than was indicated.for booking.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The pillowcases were stained with makeup and even had hair on them. There was dust everywhere, blood stains on the wall near the bed, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable.
We immediately went to reception to complain and were told someone would come to clean the room and change the bedding. After waiting a long time, nobody came, so we had to return to reception again. Eventually, a boy came only to change the pillows because, according to him, the cleaners had already left.
The next day we found two more cockroaches in the room, including inside the wardrobe, which clearly suggests an infestation problem. We requested to change rooms, but the hotel told us they were fully booked and could not accommodate us.
Throughout the stay the room remained dirty. The shower was full of small flies, and there were ants everywhere, especially around the fridge area. Hygiene and cleanliness standards at this hotel are far below what is expected, and unfortunately we would not recommend staying here.

La ubicación es excelente, pleno Copacabana, a 3 cuadras de la playa y muy cerca del metro para poder ir al centro o a otras playas como Ipanema. El personal de recepción fue muy amable, llegamos varias horas antes del check in pero hicimos el pre check in y pudimos dejar las valijas sin problema. La habitación es cómoda, moderna y la limpieza siempre ok. El desayuno estaba muy bien.
A veces el wifi no funcionaba bien.
