Nice hotel and location, friendly service.
Pros:

All was well, other than the allocated room had only partial air-conditioning. Once we complained we were given another room.

Cons:

I personally think, the original room (where we had to stay one night, was not fit for 'consumption' during the extreme heat.

Will definitely come back to Eye Hotel
Pros:

Room comfort, size and cleanliness are excellent. Breakfast is very good. Staff always there ready to help.

Cons:

I will never understand the concept of a the big bed (queen, king size) that is composed of two 1-person-beds and only "united" on top by some thin mattress or even the bedsheet. It seems it's a big bed but if you're alone you cannot sleep in the middle, if youre a couple you cannot be clsoe to each other in the middle - it's simply uncomfortable.
Not all the rooms are on the same level as the lift, to some of them you have to drag your suitace through a few steps, but that's the "beauty" of Dutch old buildings.
Other than that - very nice hotel with everything as it should be in 4 stars.

Fantastisch verblijf/ Wij zullen dit hotel vaker boeken.
Pros:

In het centrum, op 10 minuten lopen van de Dom. Parkeren 10 min de andere kant op. Het hotel lijkt net te zijn gerenoveerd. Ziet er zeer goed uit. Geen lang lelijke hotelgangen. Koffie kun je zelf inschenken, geen kosten. Vooral heel praktisch dat je hier niet om hoeft te vragen.

Cons:

Helemaal niets. Alles voldeed aan de verwachtingen en nog dichter bij het echte centrum dan verwacht. Echt een aanrader.

Kameralny hotel w zabytkowej części miasta. Wszędzie blisko.
Pros:

Pierwsza noc. Przez pomyłkę dostaliśmy inny większy pokój. Było bardzo wygodnie :) za pomyłkę dostaliśmy pyszne śniadanie :) personel bardzo miły.

Cons:

Dużo stromych schodów, winda tylko do 2 piętra. Nasz pokój był na szczycie budynku, 3 piętro.

Sehr freundliches und Flexibles Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen Zi. 304, klein aber fein. Frühstück für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend und gut. Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Lage und ist Zentrumsnah.

Cons:

Das Zi. 001 welches wir zuerst bezogen hatten, mussten wir wegen Geräusch Emissionen in der Nacht leider Tauschen, was aber das Personal sofort akzeptierte und uns in ein anderes Zi. umquartierte (304)
