Exzellente Unterkunft! 👍
Pros:

Toplage mitten in Utrecht, trotz umgebender Restaurants (die ich empfehle) absolut entspannter Geräuschpegel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Das Comfortzimmer ist äußerst hübsch, WC und Dusche sind jeweils abgetrennt, Waschtisch und Waschbecken sind im Zimmer (voll vertretbar). Das Bett ist herrlich bequem, es sind genügend Platz und Möglichkeiten vorhanden, um Kleidung und Gepäck entspannt unterzubringen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem charmanten Altbau, wodurch das ein oder andere Knarzen irgendwelcher Balken hörbar ist. Fazit: Alles super, ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

De gordijnen in de slaapkamer zijn alles behalve zonsverduisterend waardoor je al vroeg last hebt van het licht en in de nacht het licht van de lantaarnpalen naar binnen komt. Er zit airco in de kamer maar deze ratelt aan alle kanten en daarnaast schakelt het uit zichzelf uit als de kamer op temperatuur is, maar gaat daarna niet meer aan waardoor je badend in het zweet wakker wordt. Het hotel zit midden in het centrum en ik begrijp dat het daarom niet super stil kan zijn in de nacht, maar al het lawaai en geschreeuw van de stad komt keihard naar binnen waardoor je geen oog dicht doet.

I read some negative reviews before but honestly don't believe them. This hotel is very good for the money.

Room was spotless clean, modern and comfortable. Bed was great. Very quiet despite being central.

Best thing is location - right near city centre with all food options, bars and shops around. You can walk everywhere in Utrecht. Supermarket next door.

Beautiful and comfortable stay with great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with well equipped and comfortable rooms in a fantastic location. Sadly we came in late and had to leave early, would have been great to enjoy a bit more time there.

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, qui met vraiment en valeur son histoire. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, seulement attention aux poutres pour les grands!
Le petit déjeuner était un régal. Ce n'est pas un buffet mais plutôt, le staff apporte une grande planche sur la table avec tout le nécessaire: pain, yaourt, fromage, charcuterie, fruits, etc. Et vous amène aussi des oeufs fraîchement préparés selon vos préférences.

Cons:

Juste une petite note, ce serait pour le check-in. La réception est logée dans un coin exigü de l'entrée, il n'est pas facile d'y circuler. De plus, lorsque nous sommes venus faire notre check-in samedi vers 16h, il y avait un groupe qui faisait son check-in. Il n'y avait qu'une seule réceptionniste pour gérer tout cela, ça nous a prit 40min à attendre dans le hall avant de pouvoir faire notre check in et recevoir notre clé.

sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen vieles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet sehr sauber und ruhig. das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde direkt serviert

Un buon soggiorno
Pros:

Questa struttura, situata nel cuore di Utrecht, offre un’accoglienza davvero calorosa. Le camere sono deliziose, anche se la prima che mi è stata assegnata era un po’ buia. Nonostante fossi di categoria superiore, aveva solo una piccola finestra sul soffitto. Per fortuna, hanno prontamente risolto il problema dopo aver espresso la mia preoccupazione. Il personale della reception è generalmente molto cortese, anche se il secondo giorno , una persona si è inizialmente rivolta alle mie domande in modo piuttosto brusco. Avevo semplicemente lasciato la chiave in camera e non sarei potuto rientrare e mi ha domandato se fossi proprio certo di volerla - e poco prima è stata piuttosto sgarbata perché non aveva letto che la colazione era già stata pagata da parte mia. Può succedere, anche una giornata sbagliata, magari.

Cons:

La colazione qui è da evitare. Come spesso succede in Olanda, ti portano un vassoio con una colazione già pronta, con un po’ di pane, un po’ di formaggio (davvero poco), yogurt e burro. Puoi anche avere delle uova strapazzate, le stesse che trovi di solito al buffet degli hotel. Non puoi chiedere un uovo cucinato diversamente. Per 17 o 18 €, non ricordo bene, è decisamente un po’ caro.

Ci sono diverse panetterie e bar nelle vicinanze dove fare una colazione più completa. Un’altra particolarità è l’assenza di un telefono in camera per contattare la reception. Il lavandino è praticamente attaccato al letto, e mancano diverse amenities che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa categoria.
