Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία, κοντά στην παλιά πόλη του Σαράγεβο και σε πολλά αξιοθέατα, κάτι που το καθιστά ιδανική επιλογή για περιήγηση στην πόλη. Παρότι βρίσκεται σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο, η φασαρία δεν μας ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα. Μόνο κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας γίνονταν αισθητές κάποιες δονήσεις από τη διέλευση του τραμ.
Το μπάνιο ήταν καθαρό και σε καλή κατάσταση με καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετών και ειδών προσωπικής φροντίδας
Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, πρόθυμο και εξυπηρετικό, συμβάλλοντας θετικά στη συνολική εμπειρία της διαμονής μας. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αλλά υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης σε ορισμένους τομείς.

Cons:

τα σεντόνια ήταν αρκετά φθαρμένα και χρειάζονται αντικατάσταση. Το πρωινό είχε καλή ποικιλία επιλογών, αλλά η ποιότητα και η γεύση των φαγητών ήταν μάλλον μέτριες. Το σκέπασμα του κρεβατιού ήταν αρκετά βαρύ και η υφή του σκληρή, με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι ιδιαίτερα άνετο επίσης ατομικό και όχι διπλό .

Fabulous stay in a fabulous city!
Pros:

Location for visiting the old town was excellent. Plenty of restaurants and cafés within a very short distance of the hotel views out of the window where spectacular. Room was kept immaculately clean.

Cons:

There is nothing I can add that I didn’t like about the property.

Tolle 4 Tage verbracht. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Bett war bequem.
Lage war perfekt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein- und Ausfahrt in die doch recht kleine Tiefgarage ist relativ unüberschaubar.

Super Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Zimmer und Bad groß und bequem. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage war reserviert. Preis für Sarajevo angemessen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Bazars ist nicht zu toppen.

All in all a great location and comfortable hotel in city center

Location is prime for Sarajevo. Unbeatable. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
