Sehr gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Sarajevo
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral aber trotzdem Ruhig. Ich denke das Hotel war gut besucht aber im Frühstückraum gab es immer genug Platz. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet war auch gut.

Cons:

Der Kaffee beim Frühstücksbuffet hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Fruchtsäfte vom Automaten also nicht frisch. Dies kann man noch verbessern.

Lokacija.

Cons:

U Sarajevu uvijek može za nijasnu čišće. Kao da to ne vide. I soba i restoran. Hrana u Sarajevu u hotelu loša. Neki islamski stil doručka, međutim svinjetina se može supstituirati (ako bas morate, jer cijeli svijet je jede, pa i pola Bosne) boljim od pilećih hrenovki. Jadno prilično.

Excellent and will surely come back!
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of tje room and tne terrace and bathroom as well!They were huge ,vety comfortable and the view fromthe terrace was amazing!Overlooking the Latin bridge,mountan,river and the old town !Mini bar was nicely arranged with the wine choice as well as an addition.Breakfast was great too ,lot of choice of fresh food and local cheese and bread.Loved it!

Best location in town
Pros:

This hotel is in the most fabulous location for seeing all that Sarajevo has to offer.
My family of four had two rooms, including one on the upper floor with a balcony that had a charming view over the main street and a mosque and was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink at night.
The rooms were a very good size and comfortable too.
The hotel has secure parking (at additional cost) in its own garage, which we liked very much.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our short stay.

Cons:

Communication before our visit could have been better as three direct emails (including one translated into Bosnian in case that was the issue) all went ignored.
Breakfast was good, though could have had a few more options such as fresh fruit juice. The small bar also had limited drinks options.
Aircon was an issue as it switched off every time someone opened and closed the room door, the balcony door or the toilet door and we had to ring down to reception to get it started again each time.
These were minor issues though, and I would still highly recommend the hotel!
