Best location in Sarajevo, a few things need tweaking

Immaculately clean, superb location, staff amazing!

Cons:

The air conditioning kept turning off and it was 35 degrees, towels were so tiny and not suited to an adult, breakfast buffet - food choices very unusual and need to cater more to international travellers in terms of hot dishes, staff in cafe very stand-off ish the blonde lady was lovely though. We asked for glasses of ice and told quite abruptly that we had to bring the glass back down asap which seemed to be ridiculous as the cleaning staff had not replenished the glasses in our room and they were all dirty.

Wonderful hotel- highly recommend

The staff was incredibly welcoming and SO helpful. Breakfast was great and it was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect.

Z veseljem se vrnemo še kdaj.
Pros:

Garaža v hotelu, dostop z liftom. Zajtrk obilen za vse okuse. Vse čisto in lepo opremljeno. Lokacija v starem mestnem jedru.
Velika izbira kulinarike. Možnosti za oglede in sprehode.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, приветливый персонал, недалеко фуникулер на подьем, завтраки достойные, можно заказать сухой паек, если не успеваете, также через отель можно заказать такси (приезжает через 5 минут). Есть лобби. В 2-3 минутах рестораны и кафе.
