Cons:

The staff is cold - not even a smile or “welcome” at check in. There are also numerous signs in the room and throughout the hotel telling guests what they can’t or shouldn’t do. It’s a bit offputting. The property is a bit dated, but it was fine.

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Altstadt, Zimmer war sauber, Frühstück sehr gut. Beistellbett (eine Matratze am Boden) für unser 4 jähriges Kind war gratis und auch völlig ausreichend :)

Cons:

Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist mit einem größeren Auto eine spannende Angelegenheit, aber machbar :)

Phantastisches Hotel, Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt zentral nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und mit einer phantastischen Aussicht. Wenn nochmal Sarajevo, dann sicher wieder Hotel President. Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Mein Auto war im hauseigenen Parkplatz sicher untergebracht und musste mit 10€ pro Tag bezahlt werden. Finde ich ok. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Sauberkeit war eine reine Katastrophe - Frühstücksbüffet lässt viele Wünsche offen - Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich, teilweise unverschämt - Parkhaus vereinbart und bezahlt, habe ein Außenstellplatz mitten auf der Straße bekommen - es war ein 2-Sterne-Niveu Hotel
