Sin duda volvería
Pros:

La localización es la mejor de Sarajevo. Las habiatacioena son grandes y muy cómodas. Tiene parking cerrado pero hay que reservar.

Cons:

Aunque el desayuno estuvo bien, me esperaba algo más para un 4 estrellas.

In the heart of Bascarsija
Pros:

Unbeatable location. The hotel, especially room was gorgeous, breathtaking views overlooking old town of Sarajevo. Very clean facilities. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Wifi was extremly slow.

Great location but poor value for money
Pros:

Very close to tram stops and old town.

Cons:

Facilities such as ironing have to be paid for there is not one available to use. This is usually provided as a standard in other hotels.

Superb location in the old town.
Pros:

The location is perfect for the old town. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was of a poor quality, it had what we expected but was not good. The coffee from the machine was terrible. It was a shame as everything else was so good.

Pros:

Ruime en comfortabele kamer. Ook het ontbijt was uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

Perfekt läge i centrala Sarajevo, näst intill gamla stan Bascarsija. Hotellet var välstädat, stora rum och fin frukost. Återvänder gärna hit igen nästa gång man är i Sarajevo.

Excellent View, Exceptional Accommodation
Pros:

The hotel is literally in the heart of the hostorical centre, providing direct access to the old Mostar and the shops, caffe, restaurants, etc also a step away from the Municipal Hall and the main attractions. The view is fantastic with fully glass wall and viewing the hills with the traditional houses. The price is indeed competitive having in mind the overall level of the hotel and its services. The room is spacious and cozy.
