Sehr sauber. Auf jeder Etage Tassen, Tee und heißes Wasser.
Es fehlt ein beheizter Aufenthaltsraum.
Our room was large and the queen sized beds were comfortable.
The location is excellent in the historic centre of Arequipa, just 4 mins walk to Plaza de Armes and 2 mins to the market. Lots of cafes and restaurants in close proximity.
Breakfast on the roof-top terrace was the best we've had in Peru, with cereal, eggs, ham, cheese, hot drinks and juices.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Einfach und gut. Die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge und Vulkane ist ein Highlight.
Strasse vor dem Haus ist sehr befahren, also laut.
O hotel tem boa localização (2 quarteirões da praça principal), os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solicitos. Cheguei muitas horas antes do check in e já liberaram o quarto, o que foi excelente. Além disso, nos dias de passeios que ocorriam antes do café da manhã, eles preparavam um lanche.
O quarto precisava de alguma manutenção e as toalhas também poderiam ser mais bem conservadas.

Die Lage und das Personal. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und Personal sehr hilfsbereit.
Solo la incomodidad de no tener cargador cerca de la cama, el wi fi se iba a y venia y era muy lento y la tv estuvo sin señal todos los días de alojamiento.

The hotel is in the Arequipa city center. All attractions are in walking distance. The room is one of the largest room during our Peru trip. the bathroom is also the largest. The hot water is very good. Our room is away from street and is very quite for good sleep and rest. The breakfast is very good. We enjoyed to stay and would like to stay again. Uber is very easy to get and very quick.
Nothing. When we feel the shower curtain is little short and caused water spill on the bathroom floor. The staff members fixed right the way. We appreciate their immediate response.

Skvělý a ochotný personál. Lokalita v centru, všechno blízko v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pokoj s obrovskou postelí a horká voda s dostatečným tlakem. Snídaně formou bufetu. Výhled z okna na město a sopky.
Okna do ulice, v noci klid, ale občas pod oknem ve 4 ráno zaparkuje někdo kdo potřebuje pouštět hudbu nahlas. Ale ve finále to vůbec nevadilo.
The staff was very friendly and as helpful as possible (not easy to do as my Spanish is limited as was the English skills of the front desk employees). The room was suitable for one person. The internet connection was generally satisfactory. The breakfast room was beautifully situated with fabulous views of the city and the two majestic volcanic mountains. I particularly liked the location; it was very close to most of the places I wanted to see. I found my bed to be comfy. The shower was satisfactory. I always like hotels that use refillable hair and body care containers as this one had. The dried coca leaves and hot water were much appreciated.
Breakfast was very limited. The juices were great, though. There are small slices of cheese and ham offered, but I didn't see anyone touching them. I did take some out to put in a bun, though I was apprehensive as I wasn't sure if they were still good (so far so good, however). The coffee in a large thermos container was lukewarm and on my second day, they ran out. I asked for more and the replacement was MUCH better than what had previously been offered. Though I generally had no complaints about the bathroom, it should be noted that the room is cramped. If a guest is over 6 feet tall, using the toilet could be a bit of a challenge.
