Avaliação sobre TERRAMÍSTICA MONASTÉRIO!
Pros:

A minha avaliação aqui é sobre o Hotel TERRAMÍSTICA BY MONASTÉRIO. Faltando poucos dias para a minha viagem, a Central de reservas entrou em contato comigo pelo WhatsApp consultando se me manifestaria contrário a hospedar em um outro hotel deles na cidade (Terramistica by Monastério), devido a problemas técnicos que eles tiverem com os quartos que havíamos reservado. Bom, como se tratava da mesma rede e a localização também próxima ao centro, acatei tranquilamente.
A localização é perfeita, próximo à Plaza de Armas e possui boas instalações. O café da manhã é básico, porém suficiente. Todavia, pelo universo de avaliações, eu creio que o Terramistica Casa by Consuelo seja bem melhor do que essa unidade Monastério.

Cons:

Achei uma parte da equipe de funcionários (não todos) bastante imatura para quem trabalha com serviço de hotelaria e fiquei bastante incomodado com uma situação que prefiro não narrar aqui, por questão ética, mas que envolvia higiene durante o café da manhã. Com exceção desses dois últimos detalhes que mencionei, acho o hotel suficiente.

A very well located hotel with great staff, comfortable & clean rooms and a good breakfast with a view
Pros:

The staff, especially at reception were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to leave our luggage and receive a breakfast pack when going on tours.

Cons:

Guests arriving in the middle of the night were very noisy.

Perfecto para unos días
Pros:

Pedimos una habitación tranquila y así fue sin problema, además la ubicación es extraoridinaria muy cerca de la plaza asi que es muy cómodo para salir a caminar desde ahí, el desayuno muy bueno y la limpieza del lugar muy buena asi que fue una estadía 10/10

夜行バスで朝到着したがチェックイン時間前に入室させてもらえた。
フロントの女性は知識も豊富で観光やレストランも親切に教えてくれる感じの良い人だ。
