Perfect spot for a family vacation!
Pros:

We loved the hospitality and the celebration and support of Pride Month! Very friendly staff, cute & clean room. The sleeping setup was perfect for our family of 4. Having breakfast delivered to the room was a great perk!

Good Location, but Maintenance and Cleanliness Need Attention
Pros:

The room was overall very cosy and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – the warm, freshly baked pastries were delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient for exploring Seaside.

Cons:

The property felt quite expensive, likely due to its location. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather, as it rained throughout our stay, which made the price feel harder to justify.
The staff appeared somewhat cold and not particularly welcoming. We also found several maintenance and cleanliness issues in the room: the bed was tilted, the sofa squeaked, and the shower curtain rod had slipped down. There was sand on the concrete floor, and finding hair in both the bedding and bathroom gave us the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

Cons:

This should be more of a 1 or 2 star listing as it really is an old motel that is being revamped and not quite near 3 star status. Some staff friendly, others not so approachable. Our room smelled like a locker room and the door was hard to open and shut as well as had no proper seal. The TV didn't work properly. They are actively working on improvements, but the industrial vibe and quality of craftsmanship are lacking. Overall, a disappointing experience given the star rating and especially the price. Honestly, I've stayed in hostels that are much nicer.

Ashore Hotel Rocks
Pros:

The rooms was perfect!! Rustic looking and awesome!! The bed, very comfortable and the shower rocked! 2 blocks away from beach and main strip made for very nice walks. The staff was very friendly and welcoming!! The surprise of it all was the free continental breakfast. Coffee, croissant, vanilla yogurt and fresh fruit. Just enough to make the start of your day awesome!!

Cool location. Good Potential. Not restful - So loud.

Cons:

So LOUD. There is no insulation. Constant Slamming doors. Can hear footsteps everywhere. Couldn’t sleep at all. And was so excited to have a relaxing getaway. They provide ear plugs due to this. Hopefully the motel fixes this noise issue vs ignoring it.

Also - seemed like mold on ceilings in room. Smelled like water damage. And fireplace didn’t work ):

Can be really really cool if smell is fixed and Noise is fixed.
