Good.
Pros:

Location is great. Room is good size. Bunkbeds were nice for the kids. The front desk did have a portable fan for us to use which was very helpful. Daily breakfast was nice. It was simple (crossants, yogurt and fruit) but worked well. We did have a tea pot in our room and 2 mugs and 2 glasses as well as microwave and mini fridge with small freezer.

Cons:

air conditioner unit wasn't very efficient. It felt like it needed a freon recharge because it never blew cold air at all. We were able to get fan from the front desk which saved us as there was no air movement in the bedroom.

We enjoyed it but we really missed the soaking pool.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and allowed pets.
Pros:

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. It was a nice stay that allowed pets. We were able to bring our Golden Retriever. We had a wonderful stay!

Limited food options in the their eatery.

Rustic beach vibe, we loved our stay!
Pros:

We stayed for one night as a family of four and we loved our stay! It was a cute rustic beachy vibe in the room and they deliver you breakfast in the morning to your room in a box which was fun and our sons really loved that! Comfortable clean and really close to the beach and restaurants etc of Seaside. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience!!!!
Pros:

First my kids are swimming in the tiny pool they have and it’s freezing. It’s not heated and they never try to fix it. And I see poop in the pool. Nobody has been checking it! Then it advertised for daily room service, plus i get a text asking if I want my room serviced and it never gets cleaned. Then they make you fill out form to get breakfast bud don’t give you the form and don’t just bring it to you So there is no breakfast as advetised. No cleaning. And to top it off there is nobody in the office at night and I got locked out of my room for hours in the middle of the night and nobody answered the after hours number. I waited for 5 minutes on hold and nobody ever answered multiple times. I also tried to ride the bikes with my kids and all the kid bikes were too rusty to ride. This hotel is conniving advertising breakfast and daily cleaning and bikes and you don’t get any of that. Can’t even get in your own room after hours. Never again!

Pros:

The room was very clean with updated furniture and excellent bathroom/shower. The location of the hotel is perfect and literally only steps from the beach. A+ all the way around.

Cons:

The hotel itself was perfect; however, if you have never been to Seaside before (like us), understand that it's as if you have been dropped into a giant "amusement park/carnival" with a lot of neon, video, and other "gaming" storefronts. If you are seeking a quieter, more traditional coastal town, this is not the place.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!
Pros:

We loved the hospitality and the celebration and support of Pride Month! Very friendly staff, cute & clean room. The sleeping setup was perfect for our family of 4. Having breakfast delivered to the room was a great perk!
