Gemischte Erinnerungen
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer, aber vor allem, das Essen waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Bei der Inhaberin und ihrem Sohn haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Reserviert, schnippisch, rechthaberisch… Wir fühlten uns eher als Störfaktor, nicht wie Gäste.

Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück hatte dann der Herr des Hauses Dienst.
Mit seiner Empathie, Gastfrendlichkeit und Zugwandtheit fühlten wir uns wohl und durften erfahren , dass es in diesem Haus auch anders zu gehen kann.

Cons:

Frühstück wurde leider um 8:30 Uhr nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Leider fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen im Hotel. Fragen wurden launisch beantwortet. Beim nächsten Inzell-Besuch werden wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Schade…

Pros:

Das Upgrade von einem Einzelzimmer auf eine zwei – Zimmer –Suite war überraschend.
Es gibt für die Gäste einen großzügig gefüllten Kühlschrank - Abrechnung auf Vertrauensbasis. Sehr gut!

Cons:

Schwierige Anfahrt, weil die einzige im Navi ausgewiesene Zufahrtstraße gesperrt war. Da wäre eine kurze Info zum richtigen Weg sehr hilfreich gewesen.
Checkin ohne Personal am Ruhetag funktioniert, ist aber generell keine befriedigende Lösung. Der Einrichtung merkt man ihr Alter deutlich an.
Die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind mit jeweils einem Dachfenster spärlich beleuchtet/ belüftet und an warmen Sommertagen einfach viel zu heiß.

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.
