房间很大，整洁

Cons:

房间里一直有一股霉味，必须要一直通风，旁边的房间都在装修，白天有时能听到声音。早饭非常的单调，水果不新鲜，性价比很低。地理位置离市中心很近，但是从港口打车只能到市中心，需要拖着大行李箱走呃二十分钟凹凸不平的石子路，大上坡，酒店倒是提供行李服务但是一共行李20欧，总之性价比极低

Siamo arrivati e nn essendo clienti purtroppo ci hanno assegnato una camera che aveva odori cattivi che uscivano dalla doccia… ma appena chiesto un cambio lo hanno fatto senza esitazione (sapevano di quella camera e di quel problema)ce ne hanno data in altra vicino alla reception attaccati alla loro porta e all’ascensore e quindi rumore sempre.. ma nella fase di chiusura del conto prima di partire si sono scusati. Fa piacere riconoscere i sbagli però peccato arrivare a questo, anche perché è un hotel meraviglioso con personale estremamente gentile e professionale.

Przepięknie ! Na pewno tu wrócimy!
Pros:

Pokój który mieliśmy zarezerwowany niestety miał w środku dość dziwny zapach. Zgłosiliśmy to obsłudze hotelu i nie było możliwości zamiany na pokój o tej samej kategorii więc zapewniono nam lepszej klasy pokój z tarasem i widokiem na morze. Nie ma co ukrywać ale ten pokój zapierał dech w piersiach, był taki cudowny. Śniadanie dość smaczne choć nie było to jedno z najlepszych hotelowych śniadań jakie zwykle jadam. Wszystko wszędzie bardzo czyste. Hotel ma świetne położenie.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń do hotelu.

Hotel muito bom, porém não tem transferência em relação ao serviço que presta.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo e muito limpo, porém o telefone e a TV do quarto não funcionavam. Depois de pedir várias vezes para consertaram e não ser atendida, desisti.
Outro ponto importante e negativo, o hotel cobra para levarem as malas do porto até o hotel, porém em momento algum falaram que este serviço seria pago. Me senti enganada.

Not a luxury hotel
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Mamela in July 2025 for my 50th birthday, expecting a special and memorable experience for my family. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve ever had despite spending nearly €10,000 there for the week.

The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, there was a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom, the sink was blocked and emitted a foul smell, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and bathrobes. The water pressure in the shower was so poor that it only worked properly on a few days of our stay.

Despite raising these issues several times, management offered little help, no gesture, no apology, nothing.

To make matters worse, the hotel incorrectly charged me for an “extra person” even though there was absolutely no additional guest staying in the room. I raised this issue and was assured it would be corrected, but it never was.

After many emails, the hotel finally apologized and promised a €600 refund as a goodwill gesture. I provided all requested bank details immediately, yet months later, no refund has ever been paid.

For a property positioning itself as a luxury hotel, this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It’s not just about the money; it’s about integrity, honesty, and respect for guests.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. There are many other hotels in Capri that truly understand what hospitality means, sadly, this is not one of them.

Alles soweit prima, klasse Aufenthalt, außer dass in Capri alles zu teuer ist
