An enjoyable stay but the bathroom/bedroom smelt of drains.
Pros:

Very clean elegant. Lovely surroundings and a good swimming pool. Kept very clean. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom had a drain smell which made the bedroom smell. It was not a strong smell but was not that pleasant.

We loved our stay
Pros:

The family suite was brilliant, big main bedroom and a hug terrace with lovely sea view, a sunbed and wonderful resting areas.
Swimming pool was lovely , too.
Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Not very high tech compatible. Maybe because the hotel is not very new

Beautiful grounds and excellently attended rooms
Pros:

Excellent location and facilities, beautifully kept grounds and excellent room house keeping.
Kind reception staff who tried to help

Cons:

Building works at 7am on a Monday morning!
Expensive luggage transport service from Marina! Should be included for the cost of the hotel and would have gone a long way to improving experience

Buon soggiorno nel centro di Capri
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, nuova e ben curata nulla da dire. La piscina è meravigliosa! camera molto confortevole e letto comodo, buona colazione e buon ristorante.

Cons:

Purtroppo il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia che è stato risolto dopo più tentativi solo per questo motivo non posso mettere il massimo del punteggio.

房间很大，整洁

Cons:

房间里一直有一股霉味，必须要一直通风，旁边的房间都在装修，白天有时能听到声音。早饭非常的单调，水果不新鲜，性价比很低。地理位置离市中心很近，但是从港口打车只能到市中心，需要拖着大行李箱走呃二十分钟凹凸不平的石子路，大上坡，酒店倒是提供行李服务但是一共行李20欧，总之性价比极低

Siamo arrivati e nn essendo clienti purtroppo ci hanno assegnato una camera che aveva odori cattivi che uscivano dalla doccia… ma appena chiesto un cambio lo hanno fatto senza esitazione (sapevano di quella camera e di quel problema)ce ne hanno data in altra vicino alla reception attaccati alla loro porta e all’ascensore e quindi rumore sempre.. ma nella fase di chiusura del conto prima di partire si sono scusati. Fa piacere riconoscere i sbagli però peccato arrivare a questo, anche perché è un hotel meraviglioso con personale estremamente gentile e professionale.
