I do not recommend this place at all.
Pros:

The female staff member.

Cons:

The room was dark, air con didn't cool the room. The fridge was broken making noise. When reported and requested another room, the request was dismissed, the fridge unplugged as a solution. Lift light was not working, total darkness. Main and only terrace door held by a chair, cigarette smoke inside the hotel. Extremely poor breakfast - coffee and croissant at the reception area.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella con personale disponibile e molto gentile. La camera e in ottime condizioni e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Hanno accolto me ed il mio cagnolino come in famiglia. Posizione ottimale a 2 passi da centro, supermercati e McDonald's. Consigliatissimo

Pros:

Comodo ai trasporti e all'autostrada, esattamente a metà strada tra Bergamo e il Lago D'Iseo, è un alberghetto pulito e ben attrezzato. Buona la colazione classica all'italiana.

Mi è stata data una camera che ovviamente non c'è nelle foto di booking,allego foto perché altrimenti non rende l'idea... Un buco.... la colazione consiste in una brioches o al cioccolato o alla marmellata un succo di frutta e il caffè,le camere non sono insonorizzate per niente e nel via vai dei ragazzi che ridevano e scherzavano non ho dormito niente... Il sito riporta checkout alle 11.00 alle 9.30 mi hanno bussato alla porta,ero rientrato alle 3.00 di notte...

Nice stay on the way to Venetia
Pros:

The manager is very nice and friendly and committed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast and coffee are good. If you are on the road and looking for an overnight stay I can highly recommend this hotel.
