Great choice in Portland
Pros:

Close to Frenchman’s Cove Beach, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The place was comfortable, and the food was really good. Also, good value for money. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff is friendly and easy to work with. However, I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Dinner was excellent!! Every dinner meal was delicious! McKenzie, at the front desk, and the kitchen is excellent. She is a hard worker. This place is close to Trident Castle.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible and unorganized. The meat portions only have gravy and bones. Breakfast was chaotic. I would suggest setting daily breakfast menus and allowing guests to order breakfast based on the menu that day. One of my rooms was taken, and we had to make adjustments. The room had a smell. The faucets needed scrubbing in the bathroom. When people are on vacation, the bathroom should be nicer than the one I have at home. This definitely missed the mark. The road leading to the resort needs work as well.

Cons:

Booked a new refurbished room but got an old refurbished room with insects in the room solutions got taken immediately thought. The rest was fine except that you have to carry your luggages through the stairs on your own

I enjoyed my stay for the 5days. The staffs (McKenzie& the young man) were really great and pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was okay, but could have been better.

Cons:

The walking after a long day to go back downstairs to confirm breakfast. As I somewhat forgot one evening and I had to wait until 9am to get breakfast.

החדרים מעולים, בריכה מהממת. הכל מעוצב ונעים.
עזרו לנו אפילו עם משלוח של אוכל שרצינו, כמובן בתשלום.
