Breakfast is good. Hotel very clean and bright. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Small hotel but has all the comforts of home. Good pillows. Free parking on site.

This is a 3.5-star hotel that offers good value for the money, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. But I dont know how this hotel can get a 9,2-9,7 star rating?
The rooms were very clean, although a bit dated and not particularly modern. One concern we had was that the window in our second-floor room was screwed shut and could not be opened, which really felt unsafe in case of an fire or emergency.
In terms of amenities, the room only provided shampoo—no conditioner—and the soap came in small plastic containers, which did feel old style and not environmentally friendly.
Breakfast was unfortunately quite limited. There was no buffet, and the options were fairly basic: eggs (without salt - no taste at all), white bread with melted cheese and ham, a yogurt in a plastic container, and some fruit in a cup.
Overall, while this is clearly a budget-friendly hotel and the staff made a positive impression, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. I hope to see some upgrades in the future.

Hotel semplicemente meraviglioso! Bellissimo, in una posizione eccellente, pulitissimo e sempre profumato.
Il proprietario ci ha accolti con un’educazione e una gentilezza davvero eccezionali, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Anche tutto il personale dell’hotel è stato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e professionale.
La colazione è ottima, ricca e di grande qualità.
È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente!
