The resort was clean, well appointed and had a great location.
The temperature of the hot water for tea at breakfast was not hot enough.
Lots of new and unique amenities at this resort. New outdoor seating - very comfortable. The roman spa, pool table and movie theatre were a nice touch. The gym was impressive! A large space with all new equipment, very clean! The location is a short .4 mile walk to town (or call Brettski Beach Shuttle for a ride). Overall an excellent experience! Our only complaint would be that the rooms are equipped with wall unit ac systems resulting in increased dampness. We are looking forward to our next stay!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile! In addition to quick and smooth check-in, we were offered with champagne and cookies! The staff was very customer service oriented and the newly updated rooms are beautiful and comfy! We loved all the amenities such as the amazing new gym and outdoor spa, pools, and seating areas! We can’t wait to come back! :-)
Pretty resort on Main Street, quiet in the resort. Excellent location as next door to Jonathan’s Restaurant and the Ogunquit Playhouse , you can park and walk to both for a nice night out!

The Meadowmere is an excellent Resort. Our Room Tender was Rose who is outstanding and a credit to the Resort. So are the people at the Front Desk!
The free grab and go was coffee and and a couple of pastries. The paid breakfast was what you would ordinarily expect when the term Free Breakfast is used.Breakfast at Jonathan's (next door) was wonderful and worth the expense. The amenities at the Meadowmere are excellent! The whole package would've been absolutely incredible if they had the local buses,trams, and battery cabs visit the Resort so that needing a car to go to the beach would be minimized. This needs to be addressed. Parking and driving to the beach (if it is not Full) is horrendous. Meadowmere could really be over the top if they addressed this. Speaking of over the top, a $20 fee for early arrival is way over the top.

Love this place. Have stayed multiple times. Great location and nice staff.
I stayed in June with husband and grand daughter! Was wonderful! Came back in July just us girls for couple of days! Again we had a fantastic time! I checked in with Deven! From that moment on our trip was wonderful! She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip! Meadowmere is lucky to have her! We will be back for sure! Best vacation this year! Thanks Meadowmere!
Great time always great atmosphere
Hotel seems to have transitioned from a family owned joint to private equity and it showed in the quality going down the hill.
Had to wait for more than an hour for the hotel room to be ready. Checkin time was 4 pm and we got the room around 5:30 pm. Requested the checkout time to be delayed by an hour and was told this is not possible unless i paid extra. Guess there are different rules applicable depending on the situation.
The bathroom door was swollen due to water absorption and would not close completely. My kids are still young and we managed. The A/C was the loudest unit I had ever encountered and the room smelled like someone had grilled a barbecue for the 2 nights we stayed.
The breakfast is good for coffee. We ate outside and the options were really limited.
The outdoor pool was good. We did not use the indoor pool but that looked well kept.
Lots of renovations and noise. It has great reviews because of the upkeep of previous owners, do not let the reviews and stars fool you.
Lovely surroundings. But we were not given the 2 queens RESERVED. We were uncomfortable in 2 doubles. At check-in we were told we would be refunded an amount, but at check-out the amount was less. I have left a message for the manager and have not been responded to. Apparently no one at the front desk can take of the matter.
