good (pool failure), if not would be very good. With pool /bar open would be excellent.
Pros:

The corner location is great with the sea view. Well secured/guarded. The infrastructure and elegant design is nice. The quick access to the Boardwalk, the Aqua Florya Shopping Mall and its benefits (restaurants - all tiers, cafe, shops, pharmacy, cinema, etc.) + the Aquarium museum itself (it was a great experience, totally worth it) is a real plus. The breakfast buffet is very well set up. Quick exit to the highway. Shell gas station just around the block.

Cons:

The website promotes the pool area. Amazing Ibiza type set up with bar and even a Panorama small pool. We checked the temperature before going and out of 10 days many days had 22-26° between 11am - 16 hrs. Unfortunately, chairs were not displayed, bar closed, and we were told the pool was not treated fully in these days, so not the best idea to swim. The website should disclaim that the pool is closed as of X date. However, it drew my attention that this week more than 10 guests were in the pool area because it was quite warm and sunny. This is something to address definitely. It made me change our resting plan completely.

Overall I was satisfied, although as a regular guest, I was disappointed with the first room.
Pros:

All the staff are very professional.
The gym is quite nice and modern.
The breakfast was good with a good variety of options.

Cons:

As a regular guest at this hotel, I had expected a better experience. The first room I was assigned looked direktly onto the wall and had a very loud ventilation fan right outside the balcony. It was disappointing that there had to be issues right from the start.

Unfortunatly, there was mold in the bathroom.

Good stay
Pros:

It’s beautiful and the views are out of this world, staff is friendly and excellent I would like to specially mention Kadnan, Mustafa and the lady at the client service desk forgot to get her name. She was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They offer same menu for dinner so if you stay long days you end up not having choices and on the forth day the food quality was bad so we ended up eating outside on the fifth day
