Pros:

Сервис на высшем уровне. Все уважительно относятся, даже если не понимают языка общения и стараются помочь при любом раскладе. Девушка на рецепшене очень отзывчивая была, говорит по-русски, все грамотно объясняет и подсказывает. Все, обсолютно все здороваются, причём некоторые по несколько раз! Молодцы!

Cons:

Не смогли поплавать в бассейне внутри, не было с собой шапочек. На улице бассейн был холодный, при 35 градусах тепла, ребёнок не смог поплавать.

Close to Marmara sea with sunset and sunrise view

Cons:

Far away from center, the door that gave access to florya sahil closed at 10 pm ,outdoor pool closed at 7 pm , too early.
Need complementary transfer facilities.

Pros:

The location was excellent, staff were professional, service was up to the standard and the facility was clean. The facility has free parking space.

Cons:

The room we requested was larger but we received a smaller one. The cost of the breakfast was more than anticipated
