Pros:

الغرفة مساحتها جيدة وبوفيه الفطار جيد ومتنوع إلى حد كبير كما يوجد مسبحين أحدهما دافيء بالداخل
والفندق ملاصق لمول به مطاعم ومحلات تسوق

Cons:

الفندق بعيد عن وسط اسطنبول والغرف المطلة جزئياً على البحر لا تتمتع بمنظر يستحق ما دفع من أجله
بالإضافة لذلك فقد مررت بتجربة سيئة إذ نسيت ساعتي وخاتم بالغرفة وذلك عند تسليم الغرفة والخروج وما أنا تذكرتها عدت مرة أخرى للفندق لكن أخبروني بأنه تم تنظيف الغرفة ولم يجدها أحد رغم تأكدي بأني تركتها بالغرفة سهوا

Cons:

Die Musik die im Innenhof vom Hotel als Background Musik abgespielt wird war für uns sehr störend. Man konnte nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen und wir hörten die Musik auch mit geschlossenem Fenster. Es wäre nicht nötig die ganze Nacht Musik laufen zu lassen.

Pros:

Стильный отель. Расположен в спальном районе Стамбула, что очень хорошо. Контраст с историческим центром огромный. Там интересно и красиво, но он очень много людей. Поэтому возвращаться в отель всегда приятно. Он хорошо расположен. Рядом море, океанариум, хороший ТЦ. Был бы поближе к центру (если это было бы возможно в принципе), то было бы удобней. Отличные завтраки. Классный бассейн. Хорошая внутренняя инфраструктура (спортзал, спа, салоны красоты).

Cons:

Вид окна не сильно впечатлил (на стену с лианами), но есть номера с еще менее интересными видами. Странность персонала в обеспечении необходимым (полотенце, стаканы, пр) всегда в меньшем количестве, чем количество проживающих. Приходилось постоянно напоминать. На мой взгляд недопустимая вещь для отеля 5 звезд (международного уровня). Еще нужно обратить внимание на поведение pool-guy. Пришли семьей 5(!!!) человек. Заняли жезлонги. Зачем-то увезли у нас зонтики от солнца. Попросили вернуть. Говорят, что больше нет. Проходит время и везут откуда зонтик вновь перешедшим к бассейну. Пришлось подключать менеджера. Потом вернули 1. Считаю недопустимо.

Общо взето беше добре прекарано време с добра гледка !

Мястот беше добре , чисто и с красива гледка !

Cons:

Още след резервирането имахме проблем, след като съм резервирал плащане в мястото за настаняване имах проблем , искаха да платя ! След пристигането ми казаха че трябва да оставя 200€ депозит , това никъде не го пишеше !

The staff were very responsive and professional throughout our stay. I especially appreciated Fikria at the reception, who was very helpful and professional, as well as Ahmed from the pool team, who was wearing a yellow T-shirt. Their service and attitude made our stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was charged twice for my stay, and I am still waiting for the refund. This is quite disappointing. Also, the service can sometimes be quite slow and could be improved.
