Un très bel hôtel avec un personnel exceptionnel, mais quelques prestations qui mériteraient d’ê
Pros:

Les lits sont très confortables et les chambres sont propres. Les balcons offrent une vue magnifique sur la mer, un vrai plus ! Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu’à 11 h le dimanche, ce qui est très pratique.

L’hôtel bénéficie également d’une excellente situation géographique : situé juste à côté de la mer et facilement accessible depuis les quais, il permet d’aller se promener à pied à tout moment. La présence d’un centre commercial à proximité, avec de nombreux cafés, bars et restaurants, est également un véritable atout.

Un grand merci à Ali et à toute son équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Le ménage est impeccable et le service est irréprochable. Malgré le désordre que nous laissions parfois dans la chambre avec nos trois enfants, ils l’ont toujours nettoyée et même rangée avec beaucoup de soin. C’est une attention que nous avons énormément appréciée. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable !

Ce que j’ai moins apprécié :

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de machine à café dans la chambre est assez surprenante, surtout que les chambres sont par ailleurs très bien équipées.

Le minibar est très bien garni, mais les prix sont vraiment élevés. Avec autant de produits à disposition, c’est assez tentant, mais cela reste excessivement cher.

La terrasse extérieure où est servi le petit-déjeuner est malheureusement trop petite. Il est souvent difficile d’y trouver une place. À l’intérieur, la climatisation est beaucoup trop forte, ce qui rend le repas moins agréable.

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Le choix est assez limité comparé à d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles. À Istanbul, on trouve de nombreux endroits proposant des petits-déjeuners turcs complets, variés et avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Il est donc dommage de payer le petit-déjeuner de l’hôtel à ce tarif alors qu’il est possible de profiter d’une expérience plus authentique et plus généreuse à l’extérieur.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can say that it has one major advantage: its excellent location right on the Bosphorus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could be improved, and the service was disappointing.

Although the restaurant prices are quite high, the quality of the service is far below expectations. The staff seem poorly trained, many of them do not speak English, and their attitude is often unfriendly. This is the first hotel in Istanbul where I have encountered staff who cannot communicate in English and who seem annoyed when they have to serve guests. Most of the time, they always seemed to find something else to do instead of taking our order or assisting us.

I have visited Istanbul many times and stayed in several hotels, but this was by far my most disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I am certain that I will not be returning.

In conclusion, the hotel has a beautiful location, but the prices are high and the service is extremely poor.

Lovely hotel and staff are all amazing from the moment you step from your vehicle. Our best hotel in two months away through Europe.
The pool is beautiful, restaurant food great and rooms very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel.
