Alles so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, sauber. Matratzen bequem. Zimmer absolut in Ordnung. Die Spa Anwendung ist empfehlenswert.
Das Servicepersonal an der Reception dreist ( die männlichen) die Frauen hatten da garnichts zu sagen, nicht zuvorkommen und ihm Restaurant durfte man eher dem Personal hinterher rennen - als das Sie sich um einen kümmerten. Das Hotel ist bedauerlicherweise nicht Kundenorientiert. Das Hotel ist Profit orientiert- keine Early Check in Möglichkeit, schwammige Kommunikation und es der Kunde ist ihnen egal - auch wenn er in der Lobby übernachtet muss - da erst 15:00 Uhr Check In - auch wenn er früher anreisen sollte.die Kommunikation über den Chat ist automatisiert und unklaren, schwammigen Antwort - keine Serviceorientierheit.
I have visited many countries and stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such professional and excellent service before. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Mariam (Front Office Supervisor), who was extremely helpful at every stage of the booking process and arranged a perfect surprise for my fiancée. Every hotel should have someone like her.
The hotel itself was very good, with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds.
The breakfasts were also very tasty.

During our nearly 20-day stay at this hotel, Giorgi, the Office Manager, made a huge difference to our experience.
We encountered several issues with our booking and room arrangements throughout our vacation, but every single time Giorgi stepped in with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He always found a solution, listened to our concerns, and made sure we felt valued as guests.
His dedication and exceptional customer service were the main reasons we decided to remain at the same hotel for our entire vacation instead of moving elsewhere. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond as consistently as he did.

Location was good
Rooms where good and bed comfortable
The room cleaner staff didn’t do full time job always
For example no towels after cleaning
Mini bar empty always forget to put coffee and water they leave staff uncleaned etc
Food selection is poor for international visitors inside hotel..
I went to the stake restaurant and had a very bad experience when I complained to the waiter that our stakes where done wrongly she replied sorry my fault and that’s it we ended not eating and still paid full price which was expensive.
I was in 5 th floor inside room you always hear water going through sealing and noise from above.
We where suppose to stay more but we decided to try somewhere else
We have stayed in lots of hotels around the world and this is certainly one of the best for this price. Everything (almost) was perfect. Good room size. Very quite. Super comfortable bed.
An effective and quiet AC. 24 hour lobby staffed with friendly and helpful people. And most outstandingly of all: this was the most spotlessly cleaned room we have ever encountered. The cleaning lady is master. So, all in all perfect..
The one thing that could be improved is that the floor in the shower was rather dangerously slippery
