High quality room. Off street parking lot. Excellent restaurant.
Terrible sound insulation (windows) made sleeping impossible without earplugs. Road noise very loud and rooftop bar turns into a noisy disco on weekends. Completely ruined the experience. !
+kostenloser Parkplatz beim Hotel
+sehr schöne bequeme Zimmer
-Frühstück war etwas teuer
בעיר העתיקה, במרחק הליכה לרוב האתרים הפופולריים. מלון ברמה גבוהה בכל הבחינות. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת ועשירה.

Mari Lizi at Mercure Tbilisi was amazing. Very cheerful, professional, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist and made everything feel easy with her excellent communication skills. Truly great service. Highly recommended.
프론트데스크에서 매우 친절하고 한국어를 잘 하는 직원을 만났습니다.
4.5 stars in reality and one of the better hotels of our 19 different stays across this region.
We stayed 2 nights in a std room #314 from 13 May as part of an Adventures Abroad tour group. The hotel is in a good location, close to the edge of the Old Town.
The Hotel though fronts a very busy main road so rooms as far back as possible would be quieter. The building next door is undergoing a reno and there must be a guard dog locked in the construction space, because it barked most of the night and early morning.
The hotel pleasingly has two large efficient lifts.
The room windows can be opened and the room air con thermostat actually worked and thus the room could actually be cooled. This is needed as the top quilt is so thick / hot.
The room was clean and larger than many regional hotels that we stayed in. A great feature was the good space for 2 moderate sized suitcases on a low wall shelf. Why more hotels that think that they are 4 star rated, do not supply this needed feature for world travellers, baffles me.
We had to ask for a 2nd bath towel on first entering the room and the housekeeping lady who then delivered this, looked very unhappy. The towels are not large and are quite thin.
There was an available room safe AND it was secured.
The in room wi-fi was very good.
The bathroom looked very modern BUT there is no plug supplied for the vanity sink and no mechanism otherwise to seal that basin. Who designs these hotel rooms? Someone who has never actually tried to live in them as a world traveller does. We spend 100/120 nights / year travelling the world and it is these little things that can really annoy. Since the cost to have a shirt or a pair of trousers laundered here was a ridiculous $9.50 AUD / item we wanted to hand wash some items in that sink. There is only a walk in shower otherwise too ie no bath. The shower floor is really slippery when wet and no anti slip mat was supplied. Is the hotel manager reading this? Please then action.
The shower movable outlet also could not be locked in an above head height. Why does the hotel not supply a paper form for guests to flag on check out, such minor room maintenance items?
The compressor fridge in the room was very hot on the outside, so I unplugged it. Despite the sign on this fridge that says that the hotel supplies free minibar items; this is no longer so, other than 2 bottles of drinking water / night.
The kettle, etc was appreciated.
For our queen sized bed the bottom fitted sheet was too small. Why use dbl bed sheets on a larger mattress? The mattress was very soft and very saggy on the edges. The two pillows / person are pretty + pretty useless, as they are so thin and fluffy.
The breakfast was very good and you can order, a made to please omelet. The dining space though is small when there are several tour groups all trying to use it for an early morning departure.
We ate a pleasing dinner in house one evening. The cost of the top of the range imported steaks there from Oz was however way beyond our budget.
Located in the attractive Old Town, this hotel offers well appointed rooms with comfortable beds, in-room safe, fridge and a desk.
A huge thank you to Mariam the supervisor, Luka, and Lizi at reception! They organized a wonderful birthday present for my father and made our celebration so special. Lizi was incredibly welcoming, and Luka and Mariam went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Fantastic teamwork and excellent service. Highly recommended!
