Really nice hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast, fantastic restaurant and cozy bar. The hotel is centrally located in the old Tbilisi, close to many attractions, restaurants, parks. river where you can enjoy a boat trip and experience the beautiful view of the city, and you also visit the wine shops for testing the all the amazing local wines. I was greeted with a smile at check in and have been treated with respect and courtesy by the hotel staff and management, especially the front office manager Giorgi, receptionist Ulugbek and Karina throughout my stay. Thank you all for the lovely stay and services.

We would like to give a special thank you to Dach at the reception. He has been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He always makes sure that everything is okay and that we have everything we need. His service is truly exceptional — he is professional, welcoming, patient, and always greets us with a smile. It is clear that he genuinely cares about the guests and wants them to have the best experience possible.
Overall, the entire hotel staff has been wonderful, friendly, and pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the service is amazing, and everyone has been so welcoming and respectful.
