Pros:

Nice stay in a convenient location near the train station for a weekend in Middlesbrough. On the bus route and easy to get to the sports village for our event.

Great location and new
Pros:

Best location, located in center of Middlesbrough, next to shopping mall and carpark.
Air conditioner room, modern design and new. It is not expensive, worth every pounds.
Breakfast is nice, standard for Holiday Inn.

Pleasantly surprised, good value for money nice and clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly good, considering was a buffet breakfast the food was fresh and quickly replenished

Cons:

Maybe better evening selection food rather than the normal bar food. Not always in the mood to go out to eat so better in house menu, would be better

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and good temperature in room
Pros:

Comfortable room with aircon. Cold.drinks in reception and fruit. Pleasant, helpful staff.
Decent breakfast

Cons:

Didn't see any granola or fruit salad on breakfast bar.
Domestic staff seemed a bit weary.
