The staff are really friendly and made the stay enjoyable
Pros:

We booked rooms for wedding so the location was important .

Cons:

Pros:

The location was ideal for walking around the town. Lots of food and drink in the surrounding streets. Easy 15- 20 min walk to Riverside stadium.
Staff were really friendly and professional throughout our stay.
The buffet breakfast was good but a very limited choice for vegans (Kellogs cereals aren't vegan) but the cooked breakfast options were fine...vegan sausages on request. My partner enjoyed the bacon and scrambled eggs!
Checking in and out was easy too.

Cons:

The only issue I had isn't really an issue with the hotel. When trying to find the parking there is a sign saying stating that it's a bus only route....in smaller letters it does saying also for shopping centre parking but as a stranger I was paying more to the bus only bit as I didn't want a fine.
The sign needs to be bigger. As I say though it's not a fault of the hotel though.
I would definitely stay again and next time I'll be prepared !!
