Cons:

Pool area dirty, room door - deadbolt stuck, could not close/latch door, bathroom towel bar filthy, tub faucet away from wall (caulk), room AC only worked intermittently, time on TV of by several hours so could not use guide for programming.

The hotel was adequate; However, I feel adequate is not what you're shooting for.

the bed was comfortable , Although the sheets did not appear fresh

Cons:

When I booked the hotel, I was shown it included breakfast and was told you indeed had a sit-down breakfast restaurant. Of course this was not the case upon arrival. But by then, it was too late to change accommodations. The pool and hot tub were not clean and heavily chlorinated. As I know a get deal about pools and spas, I would say the staff chose to heavily chemicalize instead of proper cleaning techniques. The smell was bad, from the chemicals and mildew. Unfortunate really, we would have used the facility more, but once was too much under the circumstance,

It was a very good stay

The breakfast was great. The only problem I had was the bed was little to hard for me..and pool could use some work. But We enjoyed it...

Overall a very disappointing experience.

It was a good location and we liked that it had a pool and hot tub.

Cons:

To start, a week previous, we had booked a king room and when we checked in the lady told us there were no king rooms available and even though we had booked a king room the best she could do was a room with two queen beds. She never offered to reduce the price from a king room to a queen room, I had to ask for that to happen and normally having a two queen beds wouldn’t be an issue but my partner and I had a booked the hotel room because we had just got married at the courthouse in Pittsburgh so it was super frustrating that the king room we booked was not available for our wedding night.

Love the location. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here every time I come to this area.

Cons:

No garbage bags in room. Towels and washrags were limited. When you travel trash accumulates. I don’t want to just leave it in room. Please more trash bags
