They don’t offer a airport shuttle either

Suites with kitchenettes would’ve been better. When I hear “suit” I assumed it was included.
It was a good location and we liked that it had a pool and hot tub.
To start, a week previous, we had booked a king room and when we checked in the lady told us there were no king rooms available and even though we had booked a king room the best she could do was a room with two queen beds. She never offered to reduce the price from a king room to a queen room, I had to ask for that to happen and normally having a two queen beds wouldn’t be an issue but my partner and I had a booked the hotel room because we had just got married at the courthouse in Pittsburgh so it was super frustrating that the king room we booked was not available for our wedding night.
Love the location. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here every time I come to this area.
No garbage bags in room. Towels and washrags were limited. When you travel trash accumulates. I don’t want to just leave it in room. Please more trash bags
We were met by Cindy at the front desk helpful friendly professional and knowledgable of the area. The hotel was clean, room large/quiet, beds and pillows really comfortable, the staff in the breakfast room made sure breakfast was well stocked and hot breakfast was really good and included. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. Will stay again if in the area. Thanks all!

The hotel was lovely! They had very nice facilities, with a huge lobby, and a clean, comfortable room. I especially loved the shower! It was huge, with plenty of shelf space (seriously, loved the shower). There was also a really good breakfast in the morning. I know there were a lot of cheaper hotels nearby, but we are so glad we went with this one. Honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
Our only issue was our mini fridge turned off. It was set on like a power saver mode, so when I got my water bottle out at night, I realized it was warm, and the power saving button was lit up. I'm not sure if it was set this way when we checked in (it didn't occur to me to check if the fridge was on when I put stuff in it...) or if it just turned this mode on after a while. I hit the only other button I saw, which said quick chill for 2 hours. I was worried the fridge would turn off again after two hours... but it was fine. It was cold when we got up in the morning, and neither button was lit up. But other than that, we had absolutely no issues. It was a great hotel!
Kinda far from airport. No place to eat except a 1 star iHop next door. Old and musty. Could not wait to leave . Keep looking…

Asked for conjoining room in advance didn’t get. Tried to make me pay for my rooms twice because they didn’t see that I booked though booking.com and already paid. Had 8 people 4 in each room only received two rugs. Internet and netflix didnt work in one of the rooms we told them this several
Times no one did anything. Pool area dirty. Breakfast was awful eggs really runny, oatmeal super watery, work kept reach over peoples food while they were trying to make their plates, smh, just rude.
