Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Great shared area with a complimentary coffee machine, two vending machines, TV and couches. Rooms were neat and tidy. Option of block out blinds and sheer blinds was great. Bed was AMAZING!! So comfortable. Quite literally the best bed I’ve ever slept on. Will definitely be back.

Being modern. The staffs in tye reception were nice and welcoming.

Cons:

No microwave, no toaster. Why put expensive coffee maker instead of anko microwave and anko toaster. Cleaners did not vacuumed the floor after they left and dumped the towels and robe as shown in the photo below. The cleaners looks like they're not happy to do they're job, we noticed they're not even smiling.

6th floor. Room was small but good, had to get another room, as the high winds caused the air-conditioning to scream. So could not sleep.

Beautiful hotel but more attention to detail on cleaning needed.
Pros:

Staff were brilliant and the bed is phenomenal as always at LN hotels. Convenient location and good parking. The common area level is great with coffee and tea as well as a fire place, tv and a view.

Cons:

I love staying at LN Hotels but one issue I always fine is the bathroom is never cleaned properly. On this stay there was brown splash marks still on the shower tiles and the floor tiles were slimy. I also found a fair few black hairs through the bathroom, bedding and room. I don’t think they do the big scrub days like a lot of hotels. Will definitely stay again but I’ll bring some bleach next time.
