The rooms were cute and clean, had everything I needed. They had a lounge with free coffee and tea

I would definitely come again, but maybe stay in a different room.
Pros:

I like how close the hotel was to surrounding areas. The Hale gym & library was definitely my favourite part. It was good for a short weekend stay, you have everything you need.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was mid, it was dusty which wasn’t good.

Second stay here. Ist stay no hot water and carpark closed. Thought I’d give it go but would not waste my money again. T

Cons:

Windows were leaking on to bed frame. Bottom sheet not on bed properly or didn’t fit it. It kept coming off. TV did not work- kept turning itself off. Staff not at all concerned about any of this.

Pros:

Service was good and the common area with the fireplace was lovely

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and on both mornings, we were woken up by the housekeeping staff laughing and talking loudly while servicing the rooms next to ours. Other than that, staff were kind.
