The library and lounge were great. Staff were helpful, well stocked mini bar, towels, soap etc.
The beds were not suitable for two people - had to step over the other person to get on and off the bed
The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean.
My room directly faced an office at close distance, which meant I had to leave the curtain down when I was in the room during office hours. Some sort of reflective window treatment would allow for more privacy. The lounge was very nice but the coffee machine had no milk for my entire stay.
Great little hotel, close to where I needed to be for work. Rooms are only small but they have everything you need.
Mattress felt like we were tipping into the middle all night.
Architecture. The natural wall. The commune lounge. Lovely. Great staff too.
Too quiet!? Nothing open near by apart from
The realm hotel
Coffee shop. But maybe I didn’t explore. Bed doesn’t really work.
Staff were great, Abbi and Indra were very accommodating and so amazing. They offered fantastic suggestions for dinner and breakfast options in the area. convenient location
The size of the room, no space to walk around the bed. Having the communal lounge was a great idea especially as there was no space for down time in your room.
Comfy bed, good location and nice shared facilities
Room not super clean
Location and value for money
Wifi details not provided. Cups/milk empty on the coffee machine. Have to go down to talk to reception - no phone in room
The lounge area
The lights in the room didn’t work despite 2 different housekeeping staff coming to assist who said they altered their manager- we waited no one came, so we just used the light from the tv and the cupboard to see. Lots of construction work outside the property
Big bed. Nice lounge space upstairs
It felt like a very thin wall between the bathroom and the bedroom.
We are regular guests at LAN. Fabulous facilities and services. The addition of buffet breakfast across the road was fantastic.
The only thing, which really is not directly responsibility of LAN, is that we unfortunately were woken up this morning by very young children running and screaming right outside of our room. Unbelievably, the parents seemed to have left them outside waiting with their tiny luggage while they sorted things out. This meant that some of us guests without children were forced to be woken up by those little guests. My suggestion to LAN, although I acknowledge this is not the hotel's responsibility, is that you discuss what shouldn't take place in the hotel corridors, outside of other passenger's rooms, with those guests travelling with young children. It's something so obvious but as you know, not everybody is respectful or thoughtful towards guests that do not desire to be bothered by third party children (today's issue is so easy ti be avoided by guests with young kids!).
Parking
The blackout shutters didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was 19 degrees in the room and it only went up to a max of 21-22 degrees after many hours. We complained to reception on the Friday and they said someone would look at it on Saturday. We heard nothing after that and the air conditioner still did not work. We were cold as it’s winter and had to ask for an extra blanket on the Friday. The bed was also uncomfortable and too soft.
