Me and my partner had an amazing trip to PCB. Enjoyed the hotel, Money well spent!
Pros:

Absolutely loved the view, & location. Very close to Pier Park, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

Balcony, and lamp lights did not work. Also no microwave in the room.

The elevators didn’t work, no microwave in the room, the pools were dirty, around the pools were dirty. The towels in the rooms are very small. The WiFi didn’t work, the television was blurry.

The beautiful the hotel was beautiful. Need some work need some things.

That it was right on the beach.

Cons:

That the elevator wasn’t working and they gave us a room on the sixth floor. I’m 70 years old. There was no way so they accommodated me to the other building that had an elevator.

Pros:

No breakfast offered. View off balcony was great.

Cons:

Floors were filthy, no microwave, no clock, no table with chairs, no place to sit and watch TV, only one side bedside table, no chain locks on doors, no caddy available to take luggage up, no counter to put anything on in bathroom, frig was not cold, bed was too high to get in and mattress was very hard. I will not stay there again. Staff was dismissive and not helpful.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others and we would stay here again!
Pros:

Ease of getting right to the beach! The remodel was lovely! Beds were comfy! The view was perfect! Air conditioner worked great too! The pool was clean and refreshing!

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work in the Tide building but they were gracious enough to switch us to the Palm building where the elevator was working! 6 floors to climb was ALOT! Thankfully it was only one night! The remodel was done well and we felt comfortable and safe!!

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

sign in was easy. we were given a different room due to elevator in the second tower not working.

Cons:

The pool needed more daily attention. Seems like the skimmer wasn't working properly and only 1 elevator worked in both towers.

Very inconvenient and not accommodating
Pros:

Location was great.
Beds were comfy

Cons:

No overhead light in either bedroom.
No outlet in the bathroom.
No shelf or niche in the shower.
No towel bar to hang wet towels.
No hairdryer.
The room was profoundly humid... to the point that all the clothes in our suitcases were WET. The floor was completely wet with puddles from the humidity in the room.
There were no chairs in the room. No table to set anything on.
The TV in the bedroom did not work.

Pros:

It was in a great location & very affordable!

Cons:

there were only showers and no bathtubs and only 1 door into the shower so when you turn the shower on you get blasted by cold water. There are no places to hang your loofas, wash cloths or put your shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not enough places in the bathroom to hang towels and what not

very disapointing.
Pros:

the only thing i liked was the location

Cons:

the elevators were not working, therefore we had to stay in a different building, on the 7th floor.. loading and unloading was difficult for the flight of stairs we had to climb... our room didnt look like it had been cleaned at all... floors were nasty.. the air conditioner had a leak there for the floor was rolled up and looked moldy.. the shower... you had to get in the shower all the way to cut it on..couldnt stick your arm through the side to turn it on because the doors were installed the wrong way..

We would stay again if we knew the elevators were in service.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Elevators were out of order and we had to do stairs multiple times per day to the 6th floor. We are in our 60s and 70s so it was a bit difficult, especially when carrying beach items up/down.

The room A/C (set on average ten of 75’) caused a lot of condensation on the ceiling which dripped and left the bedroom floors wet.
