Pros:

The balcony and view were perfect, close by to stores and restaurants. Room was clean.

Cons:

Upon arrival we found on it the elevators weren't working, we had to carry what we could up 7 flights of stairs, we had to take the stairs several times. The elevator was off and on and I even got stuck inside for 15 minutes. They had some small shampoo bottles, no conditioner or body wash. Still some sand left in the shower. No microwave. No breakfast.

The hotel needs work

The location was nice. The room was unique with a pretty decent floor plan.

Cons:

The room keys did not work. When I asked the staff for new room keys they promised to come back with keys that work…. They did not come back. We could not leave the room. The doors did not latch/stay shut unless they were locked from the inside. Huge problem

The room was very clean, beds were clean & comfortable, had good air, the room had nice clean smell

Cons:

There was only one working elevator of two. Then both elevators stopped working and we had to climb stairs. It had rained and water pooled at our doorway. Construction going on.

Pros:

This was one of those hotel stays that I’ve been planning for all year and EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. So clean! Staff treats you like family! BEAUTIFUL views. The beds were beyond comfy! I was truly impressed.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my flight did not get canceled. I would’ve happily enjoyed spending another night.

The view the beach the service staff the front desk staff the maintenance staff

Cons:

The ad shows 2 pools, which they do not have. The pool shown is not what the pool looks like. No tiki bar. The marketplace is not what is advertised. The elevators never worked, and they knew they would be down and did not offer to move us, and I had knee surgery they were told to wait to open bc the elevator but chose to anyway. It was impossible for me to go up and down the stairs. The manager did know about our door key not working and chose to go home instead of fix it. Water got shut off a day. Blinds fell twice. In 6 months, it will be amazing bc the staff are amazing, but it needs time to get it together and the remodel be finished. Oh and being woke every morning at 8 am to construction or fire alarms on vacation is not fun.

Amazing! Friendly staff and great location.
Pros:

First of all, it has the most beautiful view from our balcony. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We met the GM, Parker in the lobby. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations for things to do in the area. The pool was great! we will be back again soon!!!

Beautiful room! Beds were very comfortable . Friendly staff!

Cons:

Construction was in the final step to completion and we noticed screws on the parking lot. The water source had not been hooked up on beachside so there was not an area to wash the sand off.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location couldn't have been better—right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and just minutes from Shipwreck Island Waterpark, making it perfect for a family vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything we needed was close by, including restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City Beach!
