What was needed after a long day of driving
Pros:

Location, ability to grab food, relax

Cons:

We were there while a football team was there. So when needing towels and pillows it never came. Breakfast was overwhelming because of the amount of people grabbing food in the am. But these were small issues.

It was ok. We were able to sleep and we were safe. That’s what mattered most

I have no serious complaints. I would stay again.

The hotel was relatively quiet and clean. The location was great.

Cons:

The hotel is seemingly under renovation around the entrance. I circled the property 3 times before realizing the entrance was off to the side, not facing the parking lot and since there was yellow tape blocking that parking area, the entrance wasn’t apparent. There needs to be signage directing to the entrance while the property is under renovation.

Cons:

Night desk clerk was horrible! Said my card was declined when in fact I prepaid! Offered little or no help for the issue! When I moved to the side to handle it myself and make calls mysteriously everything was clear and she gave me my room card. Offered no apology! Definitely below Marriott standards
