Very good
Pros:

The manager/owner Rebecca clearly cared about her work. I enjoyed watching her carefully enscribing my details in an old-fashioned ledger, instead of on a computer. Memories of bygone days

Great family run hotel and friendly accommodating staff
Pros:

Very clean and reasonably priced. AC worked well which was essential in the summer ! Short walk to Finikoudis beach area !

Pros:

The owner of the hotel realy cares about her business

Cons:

The owner literally cheking if you left the ac on when you leave the room and the view of the radison blu hotel realy makes you ask yourself why you are not there instead

Overall very Bad Hotel experience
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

Host (old lady ready for the retirement) was unprofessional and rude.
Booked sea view, didn't get one, but the view on the very noisy street and Radisson Blu Hotel.
WiFi useless, Radisson Blu Hotel WiFi was used.
Every day needed to go downstairs to ask for the hot water to be turned on, or it is going to stay cold.
Air-conditioning (old and noisy), also needed to be asked to turn it on.

The cleanliness, how quickly the owner took care to repair the shower. By

Cons:

The location (seedy area about a kilometre or two from the old city of Larnaca), , the communication with the staff. Being expected to leave my room key at the front desk every time I left.
The owner of the hotel was always in the lobby.

With no big expectations you won't be disappointed
Pros:

The owner was very nice, friendly, helpful and caring.

Cons:

Unattractive neighborhood, cleanliness was patchy, and hotel was full of apparently migrants from Africa.

Fantastic, great host and real value for money.
Pros:

Very friendly staff who were there to help at all times. Checked in at 4am and it wasn’t a problem and they organised a taxi for me for a 5am departure.

Cons:

The room door seemed like it didn’t lock however if you tried to get in from outside the room the door would not open.

Humid, damp and dirty.
Pros:

There was none.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness, dirty linens. I had to pay an extra fee (ten euro a day) to use the AC and I was told to close it before going outside, wich meant that it was very humid when I came back. I also had to pay twelve euro for laundry cleaning and the clothes came back dirty. The hotel hosted almost exclusively african and middle eastearn refugee immigrants, wich made me feel almost as if I was living in a refugee camp.
