El camino hacia la playa un poco sucio
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas el lugar está limpio y confortable el paquete de desayuno que ofrecen me pareció razonable en calidad precio
Que la zona de albercas en la noche no esté iluminada
Un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable para estar en familia, el equipo humano que atiende muy amable y atento. El hotel está en buenas condiciones, la piscina está muy bien y la comida deliciosa.
Es lejos del centro y si quieres conocer debes coordinar transporte privado. Más o menos a 40 minutos del centro.
Hotel ruidoso, reparaciones desde temprano y gente hablando en los pasillos se oye todo y no puedes descanzar, pedí cambio de habitación y me dijeron que estás habitaciones son destinadas a los q reservamos en Booking y hay q pagar extra si quieres algo decente. No me dejaron conectar mi auto eléctrico x querer cobrar una tarifa de $100 x hr los Hambriados, nunca me habían cobrado la carga d mi auto como huésped. Las fotos que muestran son viejas antes del huracán. La realidad de ahora es otra, inflables enlamados sucios y raspan. No hay camastros en la playa. No te dejan meter al mar porque es mar abierto. Está alejado de toda civilización hay que ir en auto a recorrer distancias lejanas para comer rico. Nada recomendado. No sé fien a las fotos

El elevador le falta servio y alas instalaciones del hotel! Y lo que no me gusta q no ye dejen bajar hilera y tienes q consumir todo ahí mismo!

El servicio de mucamas.
La impuntualidad de entrega de habitación, la alberca no cuenta con la suficiente iluminación y los meseros se clavan el dinero de las bebidas cuando te la cobran y la habitación no es lo suficientemente grande.
Que nos dieron otra habitación que no era

Very happy with our stay, with great availability and ability to book with 2 hours notice.
The waiter was very helpful in giving advice, recommendations and was very funny.
Very nice beachfront, good pool facilities and open bar with prompt service. Aircon was fresh and nice and cool.
Obviously the Pacific ocean is a beast, so it is loud, but it's white noise which you forget within a few hours. Can't fault a hotel for the world's largest ocean literally on your doorstep.
