Strategic location, near town just behind Ha**** Hotel & family room are spacious with 2 rooms with a affordable price offered.

Cons:

The lighting in the lobby area and throughout the corridors leading to the rooms is inadequate and too dim.

I expected better like last time.
Pros:

I like that the room is value for money, especially when you're travelling as a family with young children.

The room service top up is generous.

The parking space is adequate.

Cons:

The carpark service lifts tend to be non-functioning from time to time...which can cause inconvenience for guests that drives.

Some of the elevator buttons are also not working, which can be inconvenient.

The room service indicator light is not working as well for Room 548. I had to inform room service.

I requested for a blanket cover change on 1 occasion. It didn't happen.

The room-service menu had spelling errors (but that's just a pet peeve).

I was charged 50rm/adult for a breakfast in Hatten Hotel, which is higher that what's quoted in the room package. I was informed that breakfast is served there. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I encountered a lizard while showering. Not bothered at that time but it raised hygiene issues.

Good and feeling safe all the time when we are staying at this hotel.
Pros:

Used to stay @ Hatten
This is a very good alternative
Very affordable
Shopping is so continent next to Mahkota Parade, Dataran, Market that sells a lots of goodies & souvenir.
Go there on weekend get to enjoy the night market near/at Taming Sari Tower .
The staff are very friendly and approachable.
InshaAllah will return.

Good location and supportive area. What is needed is 1x time fix up of all the fixtures.
Pros:

Location was good as nearby everything that needed to get or eat. Space was good, and staff was supportive. The AC was cool and was just right as the bus stop was below

Cons:

The facilities are getting worn out. The bathroom fixtures are falling apart. The area behind the sofa are dirty and need to be replaced. The wifi login was haphazard and irritating ... needing to login every day or few hours was really tiresome.
