Good location and reasonably ok for short stay.
Pros:

Location. Family suite

Cons:

Run down. In need of refurbishment. Mouldy and musty bathroom. Light fittings that don’t work. Remote controls don’t work (technician had to fix them). No good cable channels on tv. Hotel breakfast so-so.

Really a Hidden Gem😅
Pros:

Cosy and homely stay. Really good value for the cost of stay👍👍. Staff and security officer was also very accommodating. Excellent rain shower🥰🥰

Pros:

The location very near with the city, just walk by mahkota medical centre, and mahkota parade. Then can poceed to menara taming sari.

The front office staff should consistently greet guests with a warm smile during check-in to create a welcoming first impression. If there are any issues involving foreign guests at the front desk, they should be handled professionally, efficiently, and with good judgment to avoid causing long delays for other guests waiting in line. Providing friendly, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. and Please provide a clear parking direction to the guest during at counter, since its have a different entrance parking, with drop-off area (for check in purpose)

Pros:

Best location. Clean room although dated. Good value for money. Noise level zero. Simple breakfast. Different from before COVID where the breakfast was great. So many varieties and nyonya kuehs.
