非常愉快和满意。
Pros:

前台人员非常热情和专业。我的护照和 1000 欧元。落在酒店忘记了，酒店马上发邮件提醒我，在我返回的时候。完美无缺地交到了我的手上。另外，酒店的地理位置优越，去逛苏黎世老城区非常的方便，周边也有很多美味的餐馆。

洗澡的水有时候不够稳定。水压如果能更大一些就更好了。

Historisches Hotel in der Zürcher Altstadt, tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Begrüßungsgetränk und eine Flasche Wasser zum Abschied. Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby. Zimmer relativ einfach (ohne Schrank), aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel! It's in a perfect location in the Old Town a minute's walk from a tram stop (less than 10 minutes from Zurich Main Station) and within 10 minutes' walk of the lake. The team were a joy to deal with both on checking in and checking out. We stayed in room 407 which has a private roof terrace, so we had the best of all worlds - lovely spacious, bright and comformatble room with great facilities and private outside space to enjoy morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. Chef's kiss!
