A real find in Sapa! Excellent location, big room, huge breakfast.
Pros:

GREAT LOCATION just behind the main and busy street in Sapa. Very spacious and well-lit room. Huge breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Not all employees seemed to speak English, but we all managed to communicate fine nonetheless.

Good stay in Sapa
Pros:

The location is great although its uphill so you need yo be able to climb stairs or a hilly road.
The staff is very friendly. We stayed in a 3npeople room and each had their bed and lots of space.
Beds are comfortable . Breakfast provided at restaurant next door has plenty Asian breakfast options.
Lots of shops and restaurants around

Cons:

The locations is good but its close to Sapa square so it can be noisy at night until 10 or 11 PM. Using ear plugs helped.
The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the room was not suuuuper clean but I thing it's okay by Vietnam standards as per my experience.

Pros:

Excellent location! The hotel is a little older, but the rooms are spacious and have a small balcony. The staff spoke English, although not fluently, but communication was still easy enough to arrange everything I needed. Overall, a good place to stay in a great location for the price you pay!

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t working, and although the towels and bed linen were freshly washed, there were still visible stains on them.

Disappointing cleanliness despite friendly staff

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this accommodation was far below my expectations. The bed linen was visibly stained and did not smell fresh. The bed itself also did not look as though it had been freshly made with clean sheets.

There were coffee stains and cup marks throughout the room, along with dust in many areas. The balcony was worn out and poorly maintained, and there were spiders inside the room. The soap and shampoo from the dispensers had an extremely musty smell, which made me question their freshness. The minibar was also empty.

On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, good service cannot make up for such significant cleanliness issues.

At €24 per night, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation unless the cleanliness standards are improved.

Pros:

The room had a great view and a balcony. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. I had plenty of water given to me each day and the coffee was topped up. It also had a fridge.

Cons:

It was noisy. The two rooms on my floor were rented by Vietnamese people who stayed awake late and got up really really. The lift made a noise every time the door opened. The shower wooden slats were old and there was mould in the
bathroom. The sheets were discoloured to a dirty white colour. On arrival breakfast cut off time was not given so I missed breakfast on the first morning at 9.15am. I asked the receptionist to call me a cab and she told me to contact a Grab. I had to download the app before I could get a Grab.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, вид из окна. Завтрак был хороший, но его подавали в соседнем отеле.

Cons:

Номер был плохо убран. Постельное белье не свежее, плохо постирано. В ванной комнате на полу всегда стояла вода. В фойе отеля на диване все время кто-то спал (не турист), это выглядело странно.

めちゃ良かった！
Pros:

市内の中心からも近く朝食のバイキングもかなりしっかりしてました。また近くにGoogleマップに載っていないカフェも1分くらい近くにあり不便は全くなかったです。またスタッフの人も優しく、面白い人達もいたので楽しかったです。

Not easy to access.
Pros:

Beds were comfy, breakfast was served next door and was good.

Cons:

The hotel is dated, we had a wooden square laid over broken tiles in the shower. The wood remained wet between showers. The hotel is situated on a steep incline which makes it a less desirable location. Staff had very limited English.
