really enjoyed our stay - breakfast and dinner were great, views, comfortable room, staff great
Pros:

views over the lake, breakfast choice (honeycomb honey), easy parking, very friendly staff, great dinner (including local wine), easy walk down to the beach (need shoes to swim as beach is pebbly), beach bar worked well

Cons:

the inevitable walk back up to hotel is harder than the walk down!

Ons verblijf ondanks de minpunte hebben we er toch van genoten
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed maar niet zo uitgebreid.
De pancakes waren ook koud
Beperkte keuze.

Cons:

We hadden de junior suite geboekt,
Er lag een tapijt als vloerbedekking wat opzich al niet zo hygiënisch is.
En dan waren er ook nog al allemaal vlekken op het tapijt.
De airconditioning heeft zijn beste tijd gehad deze werkte niet meer zoals het moete, het koelde de kamer niet voldoende af. Dus voor de prijs dat je betaald voor een
Suite is dit zeer jammer.
Ofwel moete ze de problemen direct aanpakken of moeten ze de prijs herbezien. Er zijn goedkoperen kamers die wel al gerenoveerd zijn die beter comfort en hygiënischer zijn en die minder in prijs zijn.

Per il prezzo che ha, la struttura dovrebbe essere un pochino piu curata ad es. nella nostra stanza c’era un buco sulla tenda (bello importante) e il soffione della doccia perdeva.
Ma in sostanza è stato tutto molto gradevole

Miejsce godne polecenia! Jeśli zależy Ci na widoku na jezioro, optuj w wyższe piętro, aniżeli 1.
Pros:

Hotel położony w korzystnej lokalizacji, do centrum około 500 m. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, jednak codziennie to samo. Czyściutko. Na miejscu restauracja, basen i sauna. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Cons:

Na I piętrze balkony zabudowane do połowy, co powoduje brak możliwości widoku na jezioro z pozycji siedzącej. Piszę jako in minus, choć na kubaturę budynku, nie mam wpływu.

Soweit ok aber von der Lage her nicht besonders gut.

Schöner Blick auf den See, sehr gute Betten, freundliches Personal und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Strassen.
Hinter dem hotel ganz nahe die Gardisana und vor dem Hotel ebenfalls eine recht frequentierte Strasse.
Zum Zentrum eine sehr steile Gasse und zum Strand über eine ebenso steile Strasse.
Es gibt zwar in der Nähe einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der war aber immer belegt.
Vom Hotelpool zum zweiten Stock führten zwei lange Treppen ...kein Lift!
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fehlt es an Comfort.
Für mich ist es 3 Sterne und nicht mehr.

Strand, zumindest für Hundebesitzer enttäuschend, steinig und schmal; eigentlich eine Zumutung, wenn man nicht nur seinen Hund zum Wasser führen will, sondern auch selbst sich sonnen oder baden will

Cons:

Wenig Grünflächen bzw. Baumbewuchs, der Schatten spenden könnte! Verkehr, der durch die schmalen Strassen der Stadt geführt wird, dazu der Lärm der (getunten?) Motorräder

Super Lage, sehr freundlich.
Der Ort Gargnano ist wunderschön, nicht zu touristisch und der nahe gelegene Badestrand ist toll.

Cons:

Parkplatz war nicht inklusive, vegane Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht wirklich vorhanden trotz vorheriger Nachfrage, ob es ein Angebot gibt.

Magical location, peaceful environment, great amenities and wonderful food

Beautiful location, great facilities and wonderfully friendly and professional staff, especially Elisa and Mohammed in the dining room and Sonia and Sonia on reception. We absolutely loved our stay.

Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen! ❤️
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt am Gardasee. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und gemütlich und besonders die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See hat uns begeistert. 🌊😍
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Highlight, sehr lecker und mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war lediglich der fleckige Teppichboden im Zimmer, der dadurch leider etwas ungepflegt wirkte.
