Pelo que ofertam eu percebo alguns aspectos que podem ser melhorados.
- O meu voo chegou ao aeroporto de Cuiabá de madrugada, e a escolha do hotel foi pela localização e a disponibilidade do transfer que busca o hóspede do aeroporto e o deixa no hotel. No entanto, o colaborador do transfer responsável em nos buscar, deixou explícito e de forma reiterada o seu incômodo em ir ao nosso encontro até o aeroporto, e durante TODO o trajeto até citou que nós poderíamos sair do aeroporto e ir a pé até o hotel. Por mais que a rede hoteleira classifica o SERVIÇO DO TRANSFER COMO CORTESIA, é CERTO que pelo valor pago pela diária está incluso o custeio do transfer, o que se torna inadmissível esse tipo de postura de quaisquer colabores (as), principalmente quando já foi alinhado com antecedência entre o hóspede e os funcionários do hotel.

The airport shuttle seems awfully complicated. Instead of just giving them your time of arrival and setting that up over text message, you have to call upon landing and wait for the next shuttle time... Honestly, I gave up and took a cab, because I was arriving at 1:00 AM and was not in the mood for all that. Despite being renovated, the bedroom and bathroom were kind of dirty: the first impression was not that bad, but the longer I stayed in the room, the more obvious it became that the corners were not being properly cleaned; I even found a spider in the bathroom the next morning. The shower fixtures were also kind of "loose". The shower itself was kind of bad as well, splashing water all over. The bed was not uncomfortable, but compared to other hotel chains, it was subpar. As always per industry standard, breakfast ended too early (10:00 AM). The most glaring problem, though, was that the "do not disturb" sign I posted outside my door was completely ignored by the cleaning staff. They called my room and woke me up at 9:00 AM to double check if I "really didn't want the room cleaned" despite having left the do not disturb sign on the doorknob and despite my check-out happening that very same day at noon... I'm still baffled by that. I found it quite annoying since I had a late arrival and was not planning on waking up until 10:00 AM.

Todo estuvo muy bien el aseo en la habitación estaba de modo correcto y no tengo quejas .

Se puede mejorar el aseo de los cuartos
