Ottimo per voli notturni
Pros:

Camera pulita, ampia e una buona colazione. Posizione comoda vicino all’aeroporto, se non hai i bagagli troppo pesanti puoi arrivare anche a piedi

Cons:

Hanno un servizio navetta ma non siamo riusciti a usufruirne perché abbiamo scritto su WhatsApp al nostro arrivo e nessuno ha risposto e abbiamo provato anche a chiamare, una volta arrivati in hotel abbiamo sentito che anche altri ospiti avevano il nostro stesso problema.

Descontentamento com a minha recente estadia no Slim Hotel Cuiabá. Diversos incidentes comprometeram significativamente a experiência:

Transfer do Aeroporto: O hotel informou que o serviço de transfer seria realizado por uma van identificada com o logotipo do estabelecimento. Contudo, enviaram um veículo sem qualquer identificação. Diante da impossibilidade de reconhecê-lo, perdemos o horário do transporte fornecido e fomos forçados a arcar com um táxi de última hora para não ficarmos desamparados, gerando um custo alto e um transtorno desnecessário logo na chegada.

Acesso ao Quarto e Falha Eletrônica: Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 23h30 e as chaves eletrônicas apresentaram defeito sucessivo. Foi preciso deslocar-se até a recepção três vezes para tentar resolver o problema, culminando na necessidade de remanejamento de quarto em horário avançado da noite.

Higienização e Serviços Noturnos: O quarto entregue não apresentava padrão adequado de limpeza. Ademais, no horário da nossa chegada (23h30), o hotel não oferecia nenhuma opção de refeição ou serviço de quarto. Ao consumirmos itens do frigobar (castanhas), constatamos que os produtos estavam velhos e impróprios para consumo e que foram cobrados mesmo assim.

Café da Manhã: A qualidade do serviço de café da manhã ficou abaixo das expectativas, com extrema demora na reposição dos itens do bufê.
