Relaxing Amosphere
Pros:

The staff was very nice & welcoming.
The breakfast and one dinner meal we had was excellent. Our water view from our room was great!
The spa area is well designed and very inviting; the fruit, coffee and water drinks are a nice touch.

Cons:

The water in the outdoor Jacuzzi was not hot, in fact the water coming out of the jets was cold.
Additionally, for a property like the Griffen there should be lotion in the guest room bathroom.
