Comfortable basic rooms / Perfect location close to train and tube.
Pros:

Very close to the station and the tubes.

Cons:

In front of the hotel is a little park. Apparently a meeting place for dodgy people at night.

Very clean and comfortable! It must have more than 2 stars! At least 3!
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. They do not provide breakfast, and the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. We stayed there after a day when the temperature had reached 26°C. During the night, it cooled down to around 19°C, so it was very comfortable to sleep with the windows open. However, by the morning, the temperature had already risen to about 27°C outside(and we turn the fan on). Fortunately, the hotel provides a fan.

If the hotel installed air conditioning in the rooms, it could probably deserve more than its current 3-star rating—perhaps even 4 stars. The rooms are also quite small.

Small update - one night after we checked in in the second room our third team member.

We booked a double room for single occupancy. The double room is much larger, and even though the bathroom is still small, it has everything you need (the sink is inside the bathroom).

So, for two people, the double room would offer enough space, especially compared to the first twin room we were given.

Pros:

Very centrally located - good value for money for a short stay ! Friendly staff :)

It’s a small room with very small beds - but for the price we paid - this was absolutely fine and to be expected !

Great Stay for a Trip to London
Pros:

The staff was kind and friendly, when they spotted my walking aid they gave us a room on the ground floor, so I would not need to climb the stairs. We also got free water at the reception. The room was so spacious with lots of amenities. The bathroom was also really big and nice. Location was great too, just a brief walk to King's Cross.
